Helpful Resource
I just started reading this book, but it has proven to be interesting and helpful already. The text defines intelligence and the gifted learner. It discusses brain research and has a great comparison by using the hands. I will share this analogy with my students so they can better understand their own brain function and thinking. There are helpful tips for parents and teachers based on the research findings. I can see myself using this book in the future as a resource.

liked the book
liked the book, had some great advice for teaching/developing gifted learners and will keep around as a reference. I did not give it 5 stars because some times the wording wasn't fluid which made some chapters difficult to read...not to mention each chapter is about 70-80 pages...plan ahead!

Great information
This book is filled with great information but it is not an easy read. My professor is allowing us to use this book more than once and hopefully as I continue to read, it gets easier.

meh
This book seems to repeat a lot of things I already know about gifted education and seemed redundant to me. It's not that friendly to the reading eyes. Though it does have a lot of good information in it.
