I have pockets that require a go-between after every meal. These are a better price than others I have used before. I also agree that the wire is a bit stronger than others and don’t bend as much. I’ll buy again.

Love these. My dental hygienist gave me a free sample. They actually come in different sizes. They are quit effective and are softer than the hard plastic ones. Like brushing in the dark spots. BIG WARNING though. Be carefull the wire doesn't break off between your teeth. Happened twice to me, but I still like using them.

Easier, Quicker, Gentler, Cleaning of Gums Between Molars
I use the smaller pink size. It’s constructed similarly to a pipe cleaner; but with finer wire and gentle, soft bristles. Hygienist said my gums were inflamed between molars. I wasn’t able to completely remove food w/floss. This tool is easier to use, very gentle on my gums, and pushes “debris” through with little effort; And no food bits floss-flicked onto the mirror. If I avoid bending the wire, I reuse it 5-6 times before the wire eventually breaks. It is at a higher price point of Interdental products. I justify it because it *is* the most gentle and best fit for me; and therefore better gum health. I would be happy to find it on sale!

Expensive but by far the best
The lower priced 40 box is currently unavailable on Amazon so I plumped for these. They are the best interdental brushes in my experience as they use a stiff twisted but safe metal wire that lasts well and cleans easily.
