I first saw this product on my Facebook news feed. I've been dealing with heartburn throughout the day, every day and my Rx didn't seem to help for long. I ordered from Amazon since it gets to you so fast. I started taking the small packs daily +3 weeks ago from this review. I noticed I have reduced the number of heartburn cover ups I'm taking as the weeks go by. I ordered a second box since I feel it's helping. I've also lost 4 pounds since starting since my food cravings decreased and I'm eating less and I'm fasting longer between my dinner and first meal.My heartburn started after gaining a dozen COVID pounds last year.The flavor was a little different than in thought but it has a nice sweetness that I don't mind. It's not too thick or runny.I'll probably do the automatic shipment since I have been constant in taking this every night before bed, which is not easy for me. But it's nice having less burning throughout the day and night compared to the last 6+ months before finding this product and I'm less bloated unless I eat the bad stuff.I would recommend ISO THRIVE I've read it does take some time to work, so it's not an instant fix but if you take it as directed hopefully you'll also see results as well.

I’ll beat straight to the punch (normally not my writing style) and get right to it. This product took away my Lyme disease induced GERD literally over night. I am not exaggerating. After just one dosage my nightly acid reflux was significany alleviated. By just a couple more days ... it was absolutely gone. While this in itself is an accomplishment .... what was most significant is that I was able to regain my voice (something that was increasingly growing more and more damaged from the constant acid buildup) ...... You have to give them a chance. The first couple weeks my stomach was a little bit off but after that long term stomach issues definitely improved. I did not see a huge relief in acid reflux like some. However I do think they are at least partially responsible for significant improvement in long term skin issues as well. The only issue is they are a little expensive to stay on indefinitely. I would give them at least 2 or three months. I also took stomach enzymes as well as the prebiotic.

I just ordered my third box of this product. I have been taking it religiously for 90 days. I feel like it's made a slight difference in my acid reflux but tbh I also switched my medication to Nexium which could also be making a difference. At this point it might make sense for me to stop the Nexium but I don't feel all that confident in the efficacy of this product. We'll see after this next box maybe I'll take that chance.

Good product. Pleasant sweet taste. Working so far.

The box it came in had an odd smell like very strong toxic soap. Even the packets inside the box smell like this. The smell won’t go away. I used it before but was reluctant to even use this. I see it will no longer be available on Amazon. Not worth washing each packet as I use it and it didn’t seem to do much. In fact I think I had more issues taking it for a couple weeks.

I’ve been using this pretty regularly for years but recently I learned I wasn’t using it correctly! If you have reflux they suggest taking it right before bed. And guess what?! For whatever reason, it works WAY better when taken that way. My reflux is better than it’s been in a long time. I’m working on my health and gut in other ways but I noticed a shift when I started taking this before bed. It’s definitely expensive, so as my gut gets stronger and I can incorporate more fermented foods I’ll probably take it less often, but for now it’s helpful and I’m grateful.

I got this for my husband for silent reflux. He took it for 2 months according to the directions; the last thing you ingest before you lay down. It made no difference in his silent reflex cough. I'm sure it was good for his microbiome, but far too expensive to keep buying if there's no improvement in symptoms.
