Good stuff
So far so good, I can definitely feel the benefits of this. The flavour is a bit rich at first but after drinking 2 or 3 if the shakes you start to get used to it. It tastes like a fizzy diluted juice. I've only tried the pineapple, will probably buy again and try different flavours.

Wish I’d checked the contents, toxic
Artificial sweeteners like sucralose and steviol glycosides are widely used as sugar substitutes, but their safety and long-term effects are debated due to their toxicity. Let’s evaluate them based on available research:1. Sucralose• How It Works: It is a chemically altered sugar molecule that is not metabolised by the body, thus providing no calories.• Concerns:• Gut Microbiome: Some studies suggest sucralose may negatively affect gut bacteria, reducing beneficial strains, which could impact digestive and immune health.• Heat Stability: When heated, sucralose can break down into potentially toxic compounds like chloropropanols, which may pose health risks.• Metabolism: Recent studies indicate sucralose may not be entirely inert and could influence insulin sensitivity, especially in predisposed individuals.2. Steviol Glycosides (from Stevia)• How It Works: Derived from the stevia plant, it is considered a natural sweetener. The processed form (steviol glycosides) is extracted and purified for commercial use.• Concerns:• Processing: While stevia is plant-based, steviol glycosides undergo extensive processing, which may strip away its “natural” benefits.• Hormonal Effects: Some animal studies suggest stevia could impact hormone levels and fertility, although human evidence is limited.Potential Toxicity• Carcinogenicity: Neither sucralose nor steviol glycosides have been conclusively linked to cancer in humans, but some animal studies have raised concerns about high-dose exposure.• Neurotoxicity: Chronic exposure to certain sweeteners may cause neurological effects, but evidence is scarce and primarily anecdotal.Practical AdviceIf you are concerned about the potential toxic effects of artificial sweeteners:1. Minimise Use: Avoid products containing sucralose and heavily processed stevia.2. Opt for Natural Alternatives:• Raw Stevia: Less processed and closer to its natural form.• Monk Fruit Extract: A natural, low-calorie sweetener.• Honey/Maple Syrup: Use sparingly if you prefer natural sugars.3. Monitor Your Body: If you experience symptoms like headaches, digestive discomfort, or fatigue, consider eliminating artificial sweeteners to see if symptoms improve. While the occasional use of sucralose or steviol glycosides is unlikely to cause harm, regular or high intake may warrant caution, especially if you already have health sensitivities. If you’d like to explore alternative supplements without artificial additives, I can help you find options.

Too sweet and flavour colouring too strong
Far too sweet and made my throat sore. The flavour colouring was so strong, it discoloured my cups.
