Sounds good but you may need longer saddle adjustment screws
I installed this on my 1990 US Tele. I had to drill new holes for it, which was pretty straightforward. However, the saddle adjustment screws were only 6mm (I believe). They weren't long enough to stabilize the saddles, so I traded for 10mm, which is much better. The sound from the pickups is pretty good. By itself, you won't mistake it for a real acoustic. However, the sound is pretty good if you use IRs from a real acoustic guitar.

Scale length
Make absolutely certain that your guitar is vintage spec as my neck is too long to work with this bridge. They make a modern bridge as well. I bought the wrong one as it doesn't specify how important that is. Don't make the same mistake I did. It will not intonate. I gave it 2 stars because it doesn't specify that it won't work with modern teles at all. Screws fall out of the bridge saddles also. Lost one and can't find it. Thrown a lot of money at the build and this bridge has been nothing but trouble. Customer service through fishman was responsive but not willing to really make it right. Therefore this has been a $200 waste of money.

Makes any Tele way more versatile!!
I bought this bridge for a Warmoth Tele I've been working on for the last year. I had the bridge professionally installed by my local luthier, but they told me it was pretty straightforward with the template provided. I had two concerns - (1) Would it sound like an acoustic? and (2) Would the piezo be "hot" enough with the Fishman Preamp add-on? In reverse order, yes, the pickup is way "hot" without the preamp! i've got some overwound Lollars pickups, and the Piezo is easily twice as hot as the bridge pickup. I has a pull-pot to run either the Lollars or Piezo to the single mono out - since I'm running straight into a Helix, I have separate presets for either configuration, so it works perfectly for me. If you want to run both the magnetic and piezo together, I would consider the PowerChip preamp. I don't really like that sound, so I opted for an either/or configuration. On the second question, does it sound like a acoustic?, well, with a bit of EQ I think it sounds extremely close. It's never going to parallel my Taylor 414 in terms of sound, but I knew that going in. With a more traditional EQ, it sounds like an electric plugged directly into a recording console - a sound that I think it great. I'm very happy with this bridge - super highly quality as you would expect from Fishman and it looks great!

Pretty convincing acoustic sounds
I bought this to install on my MIM Nashville Telecaster. It fits well. Had to drill new mounting holes but it wasn't a big deal. Like others, I play in a band that does a wide range of music that spans electric and acoustic tones. Unfortunately, it seems my band keeps switching multiple times per night between the two. This just required too many guitar changes so I gave up the acoustic at gigs. Of course the pure acoustic songs suffered. Now enter the Fishman. It has 6 individual piezo pickups (one under each saddle). They all exit through one wire so there isn't any individual volume control by string. The sound when combined with the Tele pickups was very pleasing, if not a little too tinny. The rest of my band mates were stunned by the tone and really liked it. I play through a TC Helicon VoiceLive 3 into a Bose L1 Compact. I was unable to install the volume control I bought cuz it just doesn't fit in the control cavity of the guitar. I may just try different resistors or a mini variable resistor that I can stuff in the control cavity. Hopefully this will smooth out the sound. I currently just have an on / off switch connected to it. I've heard there are better systems out there but the actual bridge and saddles are much nicer than the stock bridge and that was a plus. Overall I would recommend this product.
