This switch has wonderful build quality
This switch has wonderful build quality, and I am sure it performs great. However, I purchased it to be ​used in a system with a custom designed remote. I needed to be able to use the provided remote to teach its IR commands to "all in one" remote. Unfortunately, I could not get the learned commands to work. I found, via forums, I was not the only one who struggled with this. If you plan on using it with the included remote, I can easily recommend this switch.

This is NOT a passive device
This will work fine in many situations, but if you want to use this in a high-end system, you should know that this is not a passive switch.A passive switch would simply use relays to switch between the inputs. This device doesn't do that; instead it uses electronic components to do the switching. That works fine in normal use, but will introduce delays, distortion, etc that will be unacceptable in a high-end system.

Very easy to use and very good used as a remote switch
I got this to be used as a remote switch for a theatre system in a classroom where the operator wanted to just have music without video but wanted to retain control of the audio in the normal way when video was playing. In order to do that, one had to bypass the projector and go straight to the speakers. It worked fine for that and the quality of music is every bit as good as it is for the video system.

Not as good as I expected
We ordered this product and received it earlier than expected but there is a bit of noise generated from it and we are unable to resolved it. We finally had to disconnect the left channel in order to get rid of the noise.

Shinybow 4 way audio switcher with remote
Electronic Audio switcher was exactly what I was looking for. Product is exactly as described. Having a remote included is a big plus for me. Build quality is very high. Would recommend this AV switch to anyone looking to hookup up to four line level devices

Peforms well
It is a simple device and does its job well. It allows my legacy audio equipment to work with my Receiver that has limited number of audio inputs.
