I bought this phone for my Dad, great phone for the price, unfortunately my father lost it a week later.

did not work on new networks.

I purchased two unlocked Polaroid Link A2 Flip Phones (2G GSM). Cellular connectivity frequently failed on both phones from within buildings. I returned the SIM cards to their original phones and those worked well under the same circumstances/conditions.

Bought this phone for my grandmother since she has no need for a smartphone. It was easy to connect with MetroPCS and easy to handle for her.

Poor signal, horrible speaker. Who can be surprised for the price?

I purchased this phone for my trip to assist with my folks 89yo. When I finally received it (it came to my home than we tried to mail it usps - they wouldn't touch it. It then had to go thru ground ups to my folks.) the phone companies (ATT and Walmart phone center) said it was an older model and I had to buy another one anyway. Now I just arrived home and the return time has passed. Aye, aye, aye.

This was by far the lowest cost option to replace my mal-functioning Motorola flip-phone. The phone seems to work with my T-Mobile pre-paid SIM card to the extent I understand how to operate it, but the on-line user manual contains the least detail, and is the hardest to decipher, for any product I've tried to learn how to use. T-Mobile could not help beyond providing additional codes for accessing account status.Polaroid phone support can be time-consuming.
