Nature Made Vitamin A, 8000 IU, 100 Liquid Softgels

This stuff is amazing for adult acne sufferers. I've tried every antibiotic out there. I was even on Metformin. Nothing helped. In my last attempt to heal my skin before resorting to Accutane, I tried Vit A instead. Now I am NOT a medical professional but I knew overdoses of Vit A can be dangerous when taken unsupervised by a physician. So even this 8000IU I took it with caution. Starting off with one capsule every other day before taking ONE daily. For me, it has helped tremendously. No new breakouts (I used to get at least 3-4 daily) and no side effects so far. Also, you can get this same bottle for cheaper elsewhere.

Cheaper than buying from my local shops, and fast delivery! I take these daily and they are easy to swallow and have no strange coatings or taste. Would recommend.

I like that this is affordable easy to swallow and healthy for the eyes.

My Derm suggested I use these liquid softgels to help treat a couple of stubborn warts on my fingers, we've been doing the liquid nitrogen freezings as well. I haven't been doing this very long so I haven't seen any results yet but these softgels are way cheaper that buying a dropper of vitamin A so I just poke little holes in them and apply to my fingers several times a day. 1 soft gel lasts me about 3 days.

8,000 units is a safe dose to take daily since I already get some vitamin A from Carlson’s lemon flavored cod liver oil. (More than 10,000 units per day is toxic to the liver). What I’m finding so amazing is how it’s actually improving my vision, which I know to be true because I no longer need my reading glasses for tiny print. I looked this one up and found vitamin A slows macular degeneration. This product would be perfect if it didn’t have soy which is why it gets 4 stars.

Nature Made's Vitamin A is very high quality. I haven't been able to find this in stores or on Amazon for some time. I have been taking another product which just didn't measure up.When I take this product, I get the true benefits of Vitamin A. It keeps my skin clear and improves my breathing (I suffer from moderate asthma).Hopefully, I won't have any future troubles finding it in the future.

I have used nature made products before and I like the amount of soft gels for the price. The soft gels are small and easy to swallow. As for the benefits, without blood tests, it is difficult to tell, but I have found that when I stop taking these supplements, my joints are achy and stiff. I take this along with Vitamin E, Fish oil and other supplements for my arthritis. I would recommend them to anyone who has stiff joints but would also warn them, if you are taking a vitamin supplement regularly, you should skip taking these soft gels to avoid possible vitamin A toxcidity.
