Ok to be honest we have tried Western and Eastern approaches to different things in our family's life... everything from insomnia to anxiety to sensitivities to digestion, circulation, etc etc. Doctors, natural paths, home remedies, you name it we have tried it. For some of our more sensitive family members they don't respond well to traditional medicine as the side effects can be hard on them. We have tried on and off acupuncture but needles we always a sore topic too. We had tried some acupressure products and we felt like we were out of options to help a family member with MAJOR TRAUMA and ANXIETY. We thought why not we have tried everything else. We ordered these ear seeds and a book on ear acupressure and hit the JACKPOT!! If you aren't sure get be them a try but please be responsible and get a book on ear acupressure that explains the points in DETAIL! A basic chart doesn't really help much when you are tackling big problems, you really have to understand it before you start placing them.

Idk about the claims as I have been wearing them for only a few days but these seem legit. They last through hot soapy showers and I can feel them. Comes with a large poster if you have a practice it be perfect to display

I purchased this kit thinking it was magnetic from the description, but it wasn't. I contacted the seller and they apologized, corrected the listing, and offered me a refund. Now as a normal ear seed kit, I feel like the kit is actually pretty decent - although a bit overpriced if you do some comparison shopping. However, you may not get the plastic case from others. You get a clear storage case, your standard probe, and a cheap pair of tweezers. The tweezers aren't of great quality, but they're included and they work. The included ear poster is actually pretty high quality in that it is printed on some kind of plastic material, not paper, and it is quite large. However, the poster won't be teaching you much about auricular diagnosis - it's just ear maps. You'll still need to learn all that good stuff on your own. Since I already used several, I will keep the kit. The key to keeping them from falling off is to make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying the seeds. So far my seeds have not fallen off after three showers.

I love this. I use it all the time for head area, especially ears and eyes!

The tiny beads slide off after a few days of use without user (my husband and I) noticing it. Dangerous to use as the beads can easily go inside the ear. Also, the adhesive part stays only for a few days. Given that is, the issue must be with the stickiness of the adhesion. Will not recommend this for safety reasons.

I was in vertigo state for months, headache, dizziness, & nauseous all the time. Needless to say 30 minutes after putting the ear seeds in all symptoms were under control.

Good product, complete guide how to use, specially for those who use it first time. The adhesive is good, its been 2days on my ears and never remove even i sleep with this.

There strip doesn't remain stock and comes out within few hours. The adhesive used is not good.

When I reached out to company, they said, "Some products may have this issue." Do not order these. No other support from company provided. Very dissatisfied.
