love this type of case - had a similar before, the other one was nicer... but every piece is unique..the other one was silvery and very nice, a lot of Mother of Pearls... this one has not as many and bluish...

I think that this is going to be my all-time favorite case for my 7 Plus, because this thing is absolutely gorgeous!Sometimes people use Capiz shells and say they're Mother-of-Pearl, so I wanted to make sure this one had the real thing. When I asked the community about this, someone from Case Mate answered and said that they were. That made me buy the case with confidence.The case fits my 7 Plus like a glove. The quality is great, and on my gold phone, the thing just sparkles. Taking it off is a challenge at first, but once you get the hang of it, it comes off fairly easily. You Tube has a good video in which they show how to do it.Finding a docking charger for my phone with this case was a bit of a challenge, but I finally found one that works. If interested, it's the Rerii Bamboo Charge Stand, which can be found on Amazon.This is a really beautiful case, and it's so much prettier than the picture. I don't think you can go wrong with this one.

This is a beautiful phone cover. I have a white iPhone and this looks fantastic over the white. My friend had a similar case over black and that looked great too but it was an entirely different look.There are flecks of abolone shells, mother of pearl and gold. Sturdy. I have dropped my phone a few times and it has protected it. I also bought a glass screen cover and ring holder for extra protection

Update - - it did not yellow and it. stayed nice to this day. My sister is now using this case and it still is like new. Very pleased with the quality.I'll start off by saying I was skeptical at first about this being authentic since I got it for such a good price but I am blown away. It came in Case-Mate original packaging and is perfect. It's so beautiful and looks very high quality. It did take a little to line up both pieces evenly but can be done with a little patience. My only concern is the front piece yellowing after some time since it is that kind of material. I will update later with that answer. I would definitely recommend this case!

Absolutely beautiful, solid looking, classy. Didn’t protect my phone well enough when it dropped in the parking lot to prevent the screen from shattering, but hey, I have a life proof! I wanted something beautiful and that is what it is. No regrets! LOL Next time I’ll make sure to have a heavier screen protector installed also.
