Great fit and feel in my ears, with different sizes provided. Long battery life and quick to charge. Functional buttons that are easy to learn make changing songs and volume easy. Very secure while being used, even during exercise and lots of movement.

Constant connection issues and configs getting reset from day 1. I chose to keep giving it a try since they were quite comfortable, light and good quality (audio and sound blocking).After a couple of months (3-4 months) the left headphone starts having issues. This was after a long run in the rain, which in theory should not be an issue as they are waterproof (reader, they were not waterproof at all).At this stage, the left headphone does not really work. After using it during the day, the left headphone will either buzz annoyingly with bassy music, and then will go inaudible, or it will just not work from the get go.I have now gotten a replacement, hoping that this was a production issue with a single pair of headphones. IT WAS NOT, I am now in the same situation again, having wasted 120 quid on a set of headphones which go bust after a few months of use. This is not what I expect from JBL.VERY disappointed.

The audio quality on these earbuds is perfectly fine (if not loud enough at its highest settings), and the quality of the case is decent. Battery life, fine. But the right one is permanently quieter than the left one after just 8 months of usage, which is poor for the price. And when I put noise cancelling on, I'm greeted with a horrible screech from the right earbud - which is worse than literally every wired pair of headphones I've ever had.I would never buy a pair again based on this experience.

Fit snugly, so far haven't even loosened when out running.Sound quality is really good. Broke a pair of Melanomia 1+ earbuds and replaced with these, just as happy with sound quality and as you'd expect, fit is 100x better for exercise.Build quality is excellent, feel robust and battery life is great, got 8hrs with ANC on yesterday before having to recharge, apparently the case adds 20hrs to the life and with ANC off you get 10hrs life.ANC is average at best but as I didn't buy them for that, then thats not a problem for me.The supporting app from JBL is excellent, especially the graphic equaliser, so much control over the sound you really can make it perfect for you.Overall, great purchase for me, would 100% recommend.Supporting

I’ve always been an Apple AirPod user and have got through 3 sets over the years where they have broken and don’t charge correctly. Apple are not the most helpful when you have a defect.Thought I would try something new and went for the JBL and have to say, they are better for sound quality and the battery life is immense. I do a lot of running and have to say, the JBL’s come out on top for me and are cheaper than Apple!

I have tried multiple troubleshooting techniques with this product but have never been able to have a successful call using these headphones. I used voice calls and voice notes on a regular basis and cannot get a sound quality good enough to be head. The headphones pick up every background noise and there does't appear to be any settings to tweak this.Audio playback is however excellent and they headphones stay in well when running. Having the ability to use the talk-through function makes me feel comforable using them when cycling as I can still hear traffic around me.Overall, dissappointing purchase and would not recommend given the price purely on the quality (or lack of!) from the microphone.

Let's start with the good part, the earbuds look premium and they are secure in your ear even tho they're not very comfortable.Now... The bad parts:Sound (1/10) is terrible, even with the EQ there's not much of a difference. There's no bass, bad virtual type of trebble and low volume.Noise cancelling... (1/10) what an absolute joke.The app (1/10) isn't very good. Customisable controlls, not really... You can choose between different sets of preset controlls, not actually customisable.Battery... This is where I got annoyed. I charged the earbuds all night and they lasted me 5.5h with ANC on (not 8h as they claimed)... The left one lasted longer, up to 6.5h (1h extra on mono). Now I don't know if they are blatantly lying about the numbers or they sent me a secondhand set. I ordered a new pair.I feel cheated since I thought I'm buying a premium pair of earbuds but instead I received a 15£ pair but paid 10x more for no reason. Nothing adds up. I hope this helps some of you guys since I got fooled by the reviews. I've returned them!
