Started using these in Europe- so good for lower back aches after skiing- bought them as a gift for someone w neck pain, they loved them. Pack is well worth the money, will last you well. Stay heated well after the 8hours- their neck felt so much better the next few days. It’s no remedy for serious issue but it sure provides relief and they were happy for days after. Great brand good stick. Warm up really quickly after application All the different areas are worth purchasing too. Plus you don’t end up w smells from heat rub etc on you or your clothes

As always, worth their weight in gold. This little wraps help us much when my shoulders are giving me a fit. They are easily to put on and last 8+ hours. I use this vendor often and the product always arrives in a timely fashion.

I have Arthritis on my neck and shoulder. These pads warm my neck. Most of the time I use these when my neck starts the pain. The reason giving 4 stars is because The heat used to be 16 hours and between 12-14.
