Light weight, easy to use, USB-C superior data transfer rates.
Works great! I like how the USB-C plug can fold into a indent designed into the device, when it needs to be stored away, protecting the USB-C cable & plug. Light weight and very useful when I need a wired network connection on my laptop over a wireless one.

Plug & Play, no issues
I've been using this adapter for a few months now and have had no issues whatsoever. No drivers or configuration required, just plug and play. Doesn't get hot like some other units I've tried. Speed has been excellent and connection reliable. I've only tested on a new-ish Windows laptop so I can't confirm Mac support but I imagine it should be just as easy. Worth every penny.

Works with Nintendo Switch
Used with the Nintendo switch original model. There was a bad update that broke the WiFi. Needed this for less than 5 minutes and worked instantly after plugging it in, no settings just connected and completed the update and WiFi was restored. Was planning to use longer term but now it sits waiting.

TP-Link USB C to Ethernet Adapter (UE300C), Portable 1Gbps RJ45 to USB-C
I had this for years now and it works great. If your ethernet port doesn't work anymore or connection cuts off here and there, this will work if you have USB-C port. It is plug and play. There are USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 that I have and use when needed. Some laptops don't have ethernet ports at all so this will work just buy the right USB connection type (like: USB-C, USB2.0 or USB 3.0 is backwards compatible with 2.0) for your laptop or computer. The speed depends on the model you get. Example: 10/100 MPS, 10/100/1000 and the new ones now 2.5GPS which is better if you have fiber internet speeds of 1GB to 5GB plan. You can get up to 2.5gbs with the new models.

Works with Macbook Pro M4 Pro
I can confirm this works with Macbook Pro (MBP) M4 Pro laptop. It is just plug and play. The only thing I had to do after inserting this adapter for the first time was click “Allow” in the pop-up window to allow my MBP to use the adapter. Other than that it has been working great.I needed this to test my “1 gb” connection from my internet service provider (ISP). I can say it does transfer more than a 1gb, as I saw about 1.1-1.2gb down and upload speeds using Speedtest connected directly to my router/gateway. However, I CANNOT confirm if this does up to 2.5 gb (hence the 4 stars). I bought this in case I do switch to a 2.5 gb service plan in the future. We’ll see if it still works then.

Plug, Play, and Perfect Connection
I bought the TP-Link USB to Ethernet Adapter after getting tired of spotty Wi-Fi on my laptop during Zoom meetings. This little device completely solved the problem.Setup was ridiculously easy—just plugged it into my USB port, connected an Ethernet cable, and my laptop recognized it instantly. No driver downloads, no troubleshooting. I was up and running in less than a minute. The connection is fast and rock-solid. I ran speed tests and got the full speed from my ISP, just like I would on a desktop with a built-in Ethernet port. It’s also small and lightweight, which is great for travel or working remotely.

Nice and works.
Overall Rating: 5/5Summary: it's a simple adapter from Ethernet to USB C, it works as intended and looks great.• Features: It adapts the signals given from a Ethernet to a USB C device, most commonly needed on laptops without a Ethernet port or phones. It got a led light on top of the logo, so you can see when it's working, that's pretty useful for me.• Ease of Use: Really easy to use, it's just plug and play, USB C is reversible so you can put it either way, the Ethernet only goes one way due to its tab on the connector, so it's impossible to go wrong when plugging it.• Performance: It works, I didn't get to test the speed, but the information does go through, so if you need to know technical information about the speed, better search a little more.• Design: Fairly compact, and it got a space to put the cable end when not using it, got a lil logo on it. That white is easy to get dirty so always make sure that you have clean hands.• Value for Money: I think it could be a little cheaper, but it's still worth it, because it's from a trusted company, so if you don't wanna gamble with other brands, here is one that works. If the item is on a good sale, don't think about it too much and get it.• Customer Support: I didn't have to contact customer support on this product, But TP link is usually good on their service. Conclusion: If you are looking at this product it's because of a need, and this one on specific is the one that I can recommend. Can't go wrong with TP Link.

Does what it says on the box, no setup required
What can I say about this? It works really well and does it's job. You just plug it in and go.It's well made and plug and play.I got it for my original Nintendo Switch console as the Wifi on that device is not great and I wanted to play Smash Bros with a better connection. Now that the OLED Switch and Switch 2 have built in ethernet this is not as needed, but if you still have a gen 1 Switch or have a laptop that doesn't have an ethernet port, this is a good choice.
