I have not been taking this product for a long period of time. So far I see I see a improvement in my skin.

Its a 5 star product but the price is excessive at $,35 per capsule. It works well if you have a proper vitamin C and collagen intake along withe the ceramides. My skin get very dry in winter and with my thyroids medicantion it's even worse. Plus I used Retin-A cream .This works amazing..
