Love this paper. It just works and works and works. Looks great also. As for the shipping: Mine arrived with a little bit of handling damage. It was packaged in the original (lid taped on) box and only had two small areas of the cardboard that were torn. There were maybe 25-30 pages that were wrinkled. I can use those pages for other stuff. All in all, I'm ok with a little bit of wrinkled pages if I don't have to go across town and pay more for the same paper. If you want to be certain that all 5,000 sheets are indeed undamaged, I'd suggest visiting a brick and mortar store to inspect it in person.

This was a good price for the paper. But the box comes broken open every time I order a case. Always some damage to the paper as a result. They need a stronger box, more strapping, or a beefier delivery person.

This is my favorite paper for general printing. It’s a much brighter and feels better / thicker in your hands than most other papers. Unfortunately, my recent order from Amazon was a huge disappointment. Out of the case four reams are unusable (bottom and top pairs). The case box looks like it went through a war zone and was dropped off a plane while still in flight. The box top had clearly been pulled up on both ends, only one band was in place, every single ream wrapper is torn the full length on both sides, and nearly half the paper is just waste. I likely will never order paper from Amazon again… though I’ll still source this particular paper through other vendors, but locally.

This heavier bond paper is vastly superior to the "co called" 20 lb. paper that these days is actually 18 lb. This also hardly ever jams compared to cheaper paper.

The quality is okay, however, the delivery arrived in the very box shown, meaning the paper stock inside was not protected well and had some damage. Will go back to picking up paper at local retailer.

The product is excellent, but every time I have ordered it, the box is damaged with tape used to secure it where it was damaged. Also, the wrapping of every ream of paper, which there are ten of, is torn in multiple places. It looks as though the case had been dropped multiple times. I have been getting this paper for several years and cannot believe how damaged the box and reams of paper are every time.

Amazing product, just purchase elsewhere. I was absolutely shocked at the condition of the paper. I first I thought it was mishandled during delivery, but when I opened the box I noticed that there were loose sheet of paper that were not bound in the ream packets which leads me to believe that it was shipped in this condition. I love the Boise Polaris paper quality, however suggest that you purchase from the store.

For a decade, I used 24 pound bright white paper from Sam's Club. Then Sam's chose to drop Xerox for their own Members Mark brand, which was fine, it was the same paper. A couple years later, Sam's dropped that for some cheap feeling thin 20# paper in a paper wrapper instead of the nice plastic wrap which aids supremely in keeping moisture out of the paper, important in Florida. Well, after trying several things, I found this paper. This paper feels good, it is a very bright white, and it has a smooth slick feel too it. It may cost 2 to 3 times of the cheap paper, and it is definitely double of what I was use to paying, but it is extremely nice paper.
