The instructions doesnt really help much with understanding how to operate the products buttons but other then that its okay.

I was skeptical, but the company has a good reputation and with all the "Great" reviews, I figured it worth a try. Plus, I look for items with a high number of reviews and ratings. Definitely plenty to weigh in on for this item.I am not disappointed. I, personally find this to be a far superior option to my hand pump. The pulse pump up/release modes feel amazing and don't leave me feeling sore. There is still a little bit of donut effect, but nothing close to a straight suction pump. It usually disappears overnight.The vacuum intensity is really surprising! If using just the pump with cylinder only, It's very strong, but not too much. The bottom seal is very thin and soft. My testicles get sucked in every time. That doesn't really bother me. After pausing the suction and carefully adjusting everything inside the tube, I can resume quiet comfortably. I, actually, enjoy the whole package feeling under vaccuum. If you're a beginner, take it easy and don't get over zealous. Stay at the lower suctions. Get used to them first. Move up gradually. My personal favorite is to cycle once through each pulse mode, 4 to 5 to 6, at five minute intervals. I finish with 5 minutes at straight suction mode 1. Give a days rest and the next day my erection is rock hard. It feels so amazing!I am still trying different options with the TPE sleeve and vibrator. I am a bit larger than average. It does get a little tight with sleeve in the tube. I, like another reviewer, am concerned about overheating the motor. The sleeve gets sucked up against it upon full insertion. I tried the vibrator without the sleeve and find the vibration against the plastic tube annoying. Used with the sleeve, I can hardly feel it at all. Maybe, I'm just not as sensitive as others. I'm sure these two items will have varied results for each user.Even without use of the sleeve, the pump alone is completely worth the price. If the sleeve and vibrator works out for you, then BONUS for you!

First off, the pump comes in a beautiful box. The packaging is TOP NOTCH. When I opened it up, I found an unexpected surprise-- a nice little bag to store it in. It also comes with a small bottle of water based lube. I really wish that sex toy suppliers would figure out a material to make these things out of that could be used with silicone lube. Either way, there is an insertable sleeve for the pump.... and while it was a great addition, the opening of it is shaped like a vagina, and I am just not into that at all. Once I got past the mental image of inserting my penis into a vagina, the machine does work very well. I did have an issue when I used the other ring (the normal pump ring attachment without the vag), where the ring would get sucked up into the chamber and then allow for my testes to get sucked up into it too.... Not very pleasant. But, I found that keeping it on a lower suction level helped that. All things considered, it's a fantastic pump.

I’ve tried a few of these vacuum pumps and this one is definitely better with the addition of the vibrating bullet. The suction and release feature makes it more provocative than the others I’ve tried. The rechargeable USB function makes it very convenient, and you don’t have to worry about dead batteries when you’re all geared up and ready to go. It took me a few tries to figure out the different functions, but once you figure them out, you can get down to business!,

It comes in a nice presentation and really discreet.There are 2 ways of using it, one with the “vagina” and the other way without it. Both ways are really nice and it is incredibly how it can suck it up. I really liked it and it allow my partner and I to be more creative. 10/10
