I’m 5 foot & weight 120 odd. What size would I purchase?

I’m roughly the same size, after purchasing a different suit and having the seem rip I ordered this suit in a medium to give extra room as I was crawling around in it. Either either small or medium will work just fine depends on what you want to wear under.

Could you use fabric dye to dye the suit?

Probably not, they're pretty plastic-y. However, Rit Dymore, which is made for polyester, might be some help.

Would this be suitable for crawling into a nasty crawlspace?

Yes, but maybe not so great for wet areas. I used mine for installing insulation in a HOT attic and sweated inside it a lot, but not itchy at all.
