Love this, using the drops lets me regulate exactly how much to use. The average adult needs approx., 5000 units a day, most is thru the sun, however depending how much sun you get determines how many drops you use. Each drop contains 2000 units, no sun I use 3 drops, it's important to get the vitamin D3 Blood test & know where your levels are, I keep mine at 70-80.

Really helped my Vitamin D level go up my body doesn't absorb pills very well at all. This product has been super helpful. I continue to buy this product.
