Tucked away nicely into a shallow cutlery drawer. Very solid and looks the part.I've had a set of Global knives for many years that were always let down by the plastic block they came with. This holds the whole set in place nicely and makes them look a lot smarter.I've spent my whole life seeing knife blocks on worktops and assuming there was no other way to do it. Now I have them nicely stored in the cutlery drawer I've realised how much nicer it is removing worktop clutter.

The Zwilling knife holder has been a revelation for my drawer storage. It seamlessly fit into my existing plastic cutlery insert, optimizing storage space without a hitch. While some of my older knives did shift forward onto the second tier, creating minor hiccups with drawer opening, it's been flawless with my premium professional knives, especially those with knife rests.In terms of stability and quality, this holder shines. It's prevented those unintentional nicks when reaching blindly into the drawer and undoubtedly adds value for money. I'm particularly fond of how it's designed to accommodate any knife, unlike fixed knife blocks. This flexibility lets me expand my collection at my leisure. In hindsight, it's been a very wise purchase and I couldn't recommend it more for amateur chefs out there!

We use this in a large drawer to store 6 wusthof knives (3 large, 3 small). it does this very well and comfortably, this allowed us to remove the knives from the counter top and a knife block which was using up space. we bought a 12 slot to allow us to continue to grow our collection having ditched a lot of our other historic cr*p old knives. no regrets.There was a snafu with the first order, which required a reorder, then both items turned up so one had to be returned. I think it was being shipped from germany.

I think £30 is expensive, so i tried to make one....Nope! Without a fixed cutter its actually quite hard. So i bought a hollow plastic one for about half that. I hated it as the knives would twist inside the hollow space and then the knife would catch when trying to take them out.So my advise is to save some time and wasted money and buy a solid holder. I'm happy with paying a bit more on top of that to get one i liked the look of. The solid beech is nice, and is well finished. I see a few reviews saying their blocks had a strong smell, but they one i recieved in March 2023 doesnt smell at all.

Es de madera bien tratada y tiene un tamaño bastante acertado y bien aprovechado. Abajo van los cuchillos grandes y arriba los más pequeños. Tiene peso y no se mueve. No noto ningún olor fuerte como refieren otros comentarios.

Porta coltelli davvero molto bello e comodo, ci stanno dentro anche coltelli molto lunghi (fino a 26cm di lama e 40cm totali direi) e la seconda fila per quelli piccoli è una genialata che fa risparmiare un sacco di spazio e di conservare correttamente anche i coltelli più piccini.I coltelli con la lama spessa come santoku e mannaie sporgono decisamente (come si può vedere in foto), ma rimangono comunque ben fermi, quindi non c'è problema nel riporceli. Una nota di merito è che i solchi sono abbastanza profondi e quindi, come potete vedere, mi ci sta anche la mannaia, permettendo comunque al cassetto di chiudersi.Pesa parecchio quindi non si sposta manco a pregare se appoggiato su un tappetino antiscivolo.Insomma per me promosso a pieni voti. Non è super economico, ma considerato che ci stanno dentro 12 coltelli e la qualità dei materiali e delle finiture trovo che non sia nemmeno over priced.Sul fatto che sia importante riporre i coltelli da cucina in un porta coltelli e non lasciarli sfusi nel cassetto con il rischio di squarciarsi una mano e la certezza di rovinarne continuamente il filo facendoli cozzare tra di loro direi che non è il caso di spendere troppe parole, chi si orienta su un prodotto di questo tipo ha già ben presente la tematica.

Sehr gut verarbeiteter Messerhalter, ohne die Klingen dabei abzunutzen.
