These arrived in perfect condition in a sealed container.I was advised to start using these by a friend of mine who is very knowledgeable in supplements and healthy living, as I struggle with my mental health.I've been taking these for a while and I haven't noticed a vast improvement but I think I'm coping better with certain situations . The main thing is I don't feel worse so hopefully that means they are working.Its difficult with supplements to know if they are working and sometimes you've just got trust that they are benefiting you. I'm willing to give these a try and stick with them.

I've previously taken St John's Wort and prescribed medication but do feel these are very effective for me just now. Since taking these I feel alot calmer and have been able to get more sleep. I try to stick to organic and more natural supplements when I can so these are perfect. Hadnt heard of Ashwagandha before to be honest but after trying these I will be continuing with this in future. Great value also, very cheap for the quantity you receive. Excellent. Would definitely recommend.

These are terrific value and far cheaper than the high street alternatives.Two a day with a meal, recommended, and after a while you will reap the benefits.Easy to swallow and without an after-taste.

I ordered this thinking, as it's a higher rate of mg than other standalone tablets, they would be better but it's like these are placebos. Taking these just before bed is better than in the morning it seems but I'm not getting these again.
