Fabric: Heavy duty 0.63 lbs/10ft2 (285g/sqm) cotton canvas with 3000mm waterproof PU Size: Diameter 3 meter i.e. 9.84ft, top height 6.56ft, door height 4.92ft, side height 1.97ft Beige color: Fabulous sand-like color creating a warm and romantic vibe. Mosquito screen: Both door and windows are equipped with the screen meshes. Ground sheet: Heavy duty PVC ground sheet that easily wipes clean with a duster. Four-season tent: An integrated, heavy-duty zippable ground sheet allowing you to roll the sides of the walls up on a hot summer's day and to let the wind pass underneath. Rainproof rubber cap: This is the spare part that need to put on the top of the frame pole, it will be waterproof from the pole. Stitch: Double stitching all around and reinforced key points. Guy ropes and tent pegs: This Diameter 3M (9.84ft) bell tent comes with 10 ropes and 20 pegs. Carry Bag: All packs down into a matching cloth bag. Windproof grade: Our bell tent is against 6 degree wind i.e. 30miles/hour. We recommend not to use the tent if the windstorms is heavier than 6 degree. Maintenance: Keep the tent clean and in bone-dry conditions when not using it. Attention: cotton shrinks when wet in heavy rain, making itself waterproof when it rains. The first time your tent gets wet it may leak a little, don't worry, this is totally normal! Once it dries out for the first time that shrinkage closes up any little holes to ensure it won't happen again.

Not just pleasantly surprised, AMAZED AND DELIGHTED!
I purchased this tent intending it to be a more "historical" looking tent to bring with me to SCA events. I know that it isn't medieval at all, but that's exactly the point! It looks medieval so it doesn't stand out as a blatantly modern tent, yet has all the features you might expect and want out of a comfortable home away from home. I was able to set up this tent solo in 15 minutes while wrangling a toddler. It includes everything needed including stakes, guy lines and poles. The only thing I needed was a hammer. The tent is well made with a canvas exterior, heavyweight pvc floor and mosquito netting for the the windows and door. But the really amazing part were the unadvertised extra features. A ring to hold a lantern, netted peak vents, ties inside and out to add high wind supports, and more. The removable pvc floor extends up 3" to keep out unexpected ground water. The entire sidewalls of the tent can be rolled up if the doors windows and vents aren't enough airflow. And these are just the features I've discovered in the trial set up on my lawn. As the title says, I am more than just pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of this tent, I am amazed. I would have no hesitation recommending this tent to others.

... and figured based on the reviews that it was good enough to warrant not going with the American brand ...
I purchased this tent for $600 and figured based on the reviews that it was good enough to warrant not going with the American brand name version. It was still a big investment at $600 and I just couldn't bring myself to spend the extra $250 for the name brand with this tent having such good reviews. Well, I'll consider this a lesson learned on getting what you paid for. Here were the main issues contributing to the 2 star rating:1. The tent is NOT canvas. The whole reason I was interested in this tent was because I was tired of flimsy nylon and plastic tents. I really wanted the breath-ability of canvas. The tent looks like canvas at first, but then upon unpacking it I realized its completely coated in plastic. I tried to breathe through the canvas and couldn't for a million dollars. Also, the plastic sticks to itself and then tears away from the really, really thin cotton exterior and then water can come through in those spots. It is also only 73 pounds (much lighter than advertised) and that makes me think it can't really be 9.6 oz like they are claiming because the American brand tent is 94 lbs at the same canvas weight. It also has a strong plastic smell, and sounds like a pool float when you move the material around.2. Stakes and ropes are cheap: I fully expected this and was fine with that. It did come with metal sliders which are better than plastic.3. The stove jack: I was excited to purchase a tent with a stove jack so that I could use a wood burning stove. Well, the stove jack is in the side-wall, and heat rises, so not only is that not a safe placement, it's also not effective... I thought I would just make a bending exhaust pipe but when I called the stove company I was going to use they said that makes no sense and that the stove would only get choked up backing smoke and carbon monoxide back into the tent... which would be really unsafe in a non-breathing tent like this one.4. The most exasperating part of this purchase was that I couldn't just pickup the phone and talk to someone about this. Because they don't have a phone number, don't have a shop, or website or a warranty.5. Fire-retardedness - plastic is not FR.... I would be extremely wary of having any heat sources in this tent. The lack of breath-ability + the plastic coating on the canvas is not a good mix for carbon monoxide or fire.... I was surprised that the stove jack doesn't even have FR material around the opening... Oh, and the opening is like 7 inches, which means that it won't work with most stoves anyway.6. The screen door has a snag already and seems really flimsy. That wouldn't be a huge deal except that when the screen rips I think you'll just have to cut the door out completely.7. The tent came a couple days late. I didn't need it right away so it wasn't a huge deal for me. The box it came in was basically destroyed upon arrival.8. The zippers seem ok.

Leaks heavily, smells like plastic, missing parts, pole ripped through top. Lots of emailing seller.
I've had a lot of trouble with this tent, and even though the seller has been somewhat responsive, I would wholeheartedly advise against purchasing one.The main problem I have with this tent is that it is not waterproof. Every time it rains, there are puddles on the floor inside. I believe the issue is the stitched seams, because the fabric is backed with plastic. In this sense it is not an authentic bell tent - instead of heavy waxed canvas, the material is a thinner cotton with a plastic interior. I wouldn't have minded if it were actually waterproof. I put rugs and some furniture inside to make it a glamping tent, but every time it rains, the floor puddles up. My rugs get soaked and the legs of my wood furniture sit in little indentations of water. Be prepared to empty the tent of all your nice things if it looks like rain. The tent cannot be left set up for long periods of time, because the amount of water collecting in the waterproof base will just keep increasing each time it rains. After a few uses, during the set up, the main pole ripped right through the roof and the tent collapsed on me. I used the rubber pole cap that was included, but it looks like the seams joined a the peak of the tent just fell apart. See picture! I reached out to the seller and they got back in about 24hrs, and the sent me a new top so (took a few weeks, but I got it). We will see how it holds up.Other those two major problems, here are the other issues I've encountered:- the first two tents I received arrived very badly damaged in transit. they manufacturer's packaging (just a cardboard box) is much too weak for the weight of the tent.- the bundle of small parts (ropes, stakes, etc) were short a few parts. The seller sent the parts from China so I got them a month later. In between I improvised to get the tent set up.- the pole ripped through the floor of the tent. I used the rubber foot thing, but the plastic floor wasn't strong enough on wet ground.- two zippers have broken off- strong plastic smell, even after a year- there's mold growing on the fabric - black spots. I've never put this away wet.Hope this helps someone considering this tent. It's not built to last. Not at all.

Great customer service!
I had to update my review here because these sellers really believe in customer satisfaction. My original review although was not good because the tent leaked, I am now a happy customer because of how well they dealt with me and the issues I was having. They contacted me and tried their best to figure out what was wrong. When it was determined I had a faulty tent they had no problem with properly compensating me for my losses even after the return date passed. My overall experience was good now because of how well they respected me as a customer. Very reliable sellers, highly recommend.

Love it
This is the third 5M bell Tent I got, I’ll say it’s almost the best one , the tent itself is well built , the pole come with it is the strongest I’ve seen (no paint on it, thank you) , side walls is a bit higher than my other two, that’s a big plus, still have lots of room with two 18” nigh queen size mattress in it. Guy ropes are a bit over kill, but I love it :) , the windows are “wow” big, and it’s the only tent came with a useful instruction manual (for a beginner you do need one), there’s a lot more detail in it, I’m sure I’ll use this one as my primary tent for a whileHowever, I got used to those tents with a little door for the cable, this one doesn’t have that, isn’t a issue at all but I’m kinda hope they’ll add that in, and it would be better if a little reinforced floor in the bottom of the center pole

Wishing we could fix the leaks, because it is a fantastic style tent!
We bought this huge 4 season tent in 2017 after we had a massive fire at our property and lost pretty much everything. I love the tent itself but the seems were not a sturdy/weatherproof as we’d believed and allowed water in! We thought about buying the tent canopy for the tent itself to have the extra waterproof cover for the rain but can’t afford to risk the $199 cost. We won’t get rid of the tent as we are hoping one day to be able to afford the extra roof canopy. There is so much room inside and we were able to run a heat source that worked great too! Our dogs did well inside as there was so much space 😁Just wished it didn’t leak in the roof seems!

Inferior cords provided
The tent itself is quite nice. Easy to set up, very spacious interior and handles poor weather well. Unfortunately, the provided cords which help keep the tent up are NOT for outdoor use. They basically disintegrated after they got wet, split and allowed the tent to cave in. Very disappointing given the price of this tent. I would still recommend the tent but purchase good quality twisted nylon rope to secure the tent and avoid damage to interior items.
