Note: This device does not support (1-SD card & 2-3.5mm headset jack). Not a show stopper, but something I overlooked in description. Have experienced no troubles with ATT network, confirmed all bands needed but was unsure exactly what would be required after the "ATT Network Upgrade". I think it passes the test though I haven't noticed any enhancements from this "Upgrade" on this device not my previous device that was 5G. Solid phone, a good deal of bloat, not sure about this OS 2.X.

Had a bv 9900 e Which I loved, had it for almost two years, had to update because it was not 5g. Replaced it with this model, had it for a few weeks, had no issues, till it flipped out of my pocket onto the pavement and the screen COMPLETELY shattered. My last black view went through hell and never broke, this one got dropped ONE time and broke.UPDATE: I’m upgrading my review to two stars because the phone continues to function, despite chunks of the glass beginning to fall out. If you don’t mind the little glass shards in your fingers it’s still a good phone…

I only really started using the phone in March once I got home. Battery life is impressive. The last few days I've been experiencing the phone lagging then freezing, have to lock and unlock the phone to refresh, and then it starts to "ghost touch" and I've done the software updates, scanned for viruses and changed chargers. It's not been in water (even though it's meant to be splash proof). I've only really been using the phone for 4 months and this is disappointing

Nice features on this BL5000 with excellent battery life and quick charge.Apps start quickly with fast response.Phone has nice large screen and phone is not too heavy or thick.

Second phone same problem. Radio or audiobook stop workin after 6-8 minutes and apps disappear. I have to open app again and again.

These phones are worthless. They are supposed to be "rugged". I barely dropped my phone, and this is what happened. It is supposed to be under warranty and instead they told me to take it to a repair shop and submit the invoice. The customer service/communication they end their emails with have fun! Half the time my husband's phone won't let you see what you are typing on a text unless it is restarted. Some of the time mine won't even let me swipe it to see a text or make a call. Whatever you do DO NOT buy these phones!!

Sehr gutes Handy zu einem guten Preis. Andere Handys mit der gleichen Ausstattung kosten teilweise mehr als das doppelte!Die Nachtsichtkamera ist der Wahnsinn! Habe sonst immer nachts ein Nachtsichtgerät mitgenommen da wir am Waldrand wohnen um mit dem Hund zu gehen. Ist jetzt überflüssig!Auch das auf Android basierte Betriebssystem Doke ist top. Meines Erachtens nach sogar besser als Android selbst! Muß aber jeder für sich selbst herausfinden.Das einzige was mich ein wenig stört, ist das der Powerbutton sehr empfindlich ist.

meine Zufriedenheit hat Grenzen, die Qualität des Gerätes ist preisangemessen, die Kamera ist erstaunlich gut. Bei der Grösse des Displays absulut bedienerfreundlich. Das Gerät wiegt aber ca. 300 Gramm undkann durchaus zur Last werden. Fällt gerne aus Halterungen und liegt in der Tasche wie ein Stein. Alle Möglichkeiten der Bedienung habe ich wohl noch nicht ausgeschöpft, aber ich gewöhne mich langsam daran.

Preis Leistung einfach Top. Sehr gute Verarbeitung und eine Halterung um eine Schlaufe oder Band anzubringen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Fingersensor hat manchmal seine Momente bis er den Finger erkennt. Aber dennoch für den Preis ein absolutes Top Handy und robuster als jedes iPhone oder Samsung. Der Akku hält Tagelang auch wenn ich auf der Arbeit die ganze Nacht das Radio laufen lasse und dient dazu noch als Powerbank. Es ist einfach genial bei Konzerten zu sehen wie die ganzen Pro Teuer Handy Nutzer nicht mal 5 Videos machen können bis der Akku schlapp macht und ich filme einfach das ganze Konzert und hab noch 45% Akku 🤣

Tras la compra del teléfono, llega en el tiempo que dicen. Tras romper la pantalla por una caída fortuita, y tras hablar con la asistencia técnica, ofrecen enviar otro móvil tras comprobar que recibían el móvil estropeado. Todo de lujo.

Buenas tengo que decir lo de la batería que dura tres días 12 horas a 15 horas no más el que dice en tres días es porque tiene el teléfono parado
