I got one. the smoke just goes up in air like a normal incense cone does!? mine does not work :-(

Mine did that at first... I didn't have it over the hole right, and also had it close to a register so was pushing the smoke around... it works great with no drafts hitting it... try moving it where your heat register won't hit it or any breeze from doors, etc...

My burner does not work. the top hole is sealed due to a glazing issue. can it be replaced? it was given as a gift today. it is faulty.

I'm sure you can return it but to Amazon not to the maker. Or if you know a handy person with a glass cutting drill it would take about 3 seconds to rectify your glazing problem and then you wouldn't need to go through the hassle of boxing it up and sending it back.

I’ve never had an incense burner before what do they smell like?

This is the first time I had one and this is the first burn 🔥 I've done ... 1. Item was as described 2. Colors were spot on 3. Incense wasn't the best ... trash the Osmanthus yellow immediately. Be careful the Sandalwood is beige. The rest are up to ur liking. U can see it starts slow & builds up. It's not as hard as ppl say to position over the hole. It's all about alignment & most humans can do that easily unless there's a vision issue. Which I did have and wouldn't have done this then. I give 4 stars cause cones could've been better scents. This video is from the very start and only 30sec in. The smoke got thicker as it went on.

Can u put incences sticks?

Have to use the cones that come with it. They have a hole in the bottom so the smoke draws down. I don’t like the smell of the incense. Especially after it’s out smells like an old capmfire

It's fun

It's very fun to have for the price. You should know the cones that come with it are trash... they smell horrible and burn for like 2-5 minutes max. The incense waterfall itself it's easy to use and relatively compact. The glass is plenty thick enough for the heat. It isn't the easiest thing in the world to (properly) clean but make sure to clean it regularly anyways because the oil from the cones collect on the top dropper "ledge" or whatever and it smells pretty bad... Also gets dirty.
