Kauai Coffee Whole Bean Coffee - Coconut Caramel Crunch, 24 oz Bag

This coffee is a delicious flavor and smells just as good. I love waking up to it. I use it for iced coffee as well. I love every flavor. It's smooth, I love the light roast as it has a higher caffeine content but still tastes wonderful. There's a flavor called caramel crunch, I believe.. it's my favorite

It's a nice consistent medium roast - nothing special, but very predictable. Multiple bags over several months have been pretty good. I hand grind my beans and do a v60 pour over - have enjoyed every single cup.

I was saddened to have to give a poor review for this purchase. I have bought this coffee numerous times before, and had recommended it to several people. Sadly this last bag I recieved had a stale, bitter taste, and it wasnt until I got halfway down the bag that I notced quite a significant amount of it was not in fact whole beans, but rather ground coffee. This greatly affected the flavor that I had come to enjoy so much, and was too fine a grind to use in my French press. To a greater degree, my disappointment was that after reaching out to Kauai Coffee directly, my inquiry went unacknowledged. I hope that it was a one time thing, and that I wont have to return the next bag, and find another source. Go figure. Amazon wont allow me to post a picture of it.
