The battery that came with the Ryobi blower is not holding a charge like it used to. This adapter lets me use (any) Milwaukee M18 battery with the Ryobi blower. It’s like the next best thing to sliced bread.

Only worked with some DeWalt batteries.
Bought two of these. Both fit well. Tested them with several batteries. One of them only worked with some of the DeWalt batteries. The other worked with every battery.

DO NOT BUY THIS ADAPTER
It could have destroyed my Milwaukee M18 battery.I bought this to use in conjunction with a M18 battery and I was about 7-10 mins into using the tools when I thought I smelled plastic burning. I assumed it was because it was a brand new out if the box first use tool and I was being paranoid. Well I was wrong. Then the last min or so of my 15 mins using the tools it was having connection issues, hey its an adapter so understandable. I always remove my batteries from tools when im done and BAM! Came to find this 10 or so dollar adapter melted the plastic on my 100 dollar plus Milwaukee battery.Highly doubt the company is going to compensate me for my battery so ill just leave it at I would not recommend this product to anyone. Ever. Not worth the risk of destroying a battery that cost 10x the adapters price and probably could have damaged the tool as well.

Doesn't Work All the Time
It works well most of the time. The battery doesn't sit well in the adapter so I just tape it. Seems to work well after than. The battery won't work if I just click it in. It needs to have a little force to keep the connection to be used.
