Not so useful, why ? Read below
It is not so stable, it will shake in the slightest of body movement, & the shaking will stop after many seconds, while it's shaking you won't be able to see things clearly so you will have used your hand everytime to stop the shaking, it's partially good that if you don't move at all (which is not possible) then good else move & hold with one hand.

A very innovative idea
A very innovative idea to use the smartphone holder in a unique way. The flexible arms are firm and coated with waterproof layers. The ball bearing behind the holder has been put smartly. Nice one
Able to watch videos without holding the phone and also we can walk and film.One rotate knob is there, we can adjust the angles and also the flexible neck we can adjust the height. Overall a good usefull product for me.

Please never buy this rubbish neck holder….it’s the worst thing that I bought from Amazon till date. I now use it in the garden to hang plants
