Zinc Orotate 60 mg 200 Tabs (Pack of 2)

Hello, I have been taking this zinc for about a year and a half. In the last year I have been a caretaker for a cancer patient, evacuated from hurricanes driving an average o 20 miles per hour for hundreds of miles in bumber to bumper traffic with a pair of screaming cats ( in soft cases for pet transport) in the back seat. Travelled multiple times by airplane, gone through a divorce, suffered the deaths of people around me, and moved. On top of all this working two jobs full time. Stressfull year to say the least. My point is I have been taking this supplement the whole time usually on an empty stomach, usually followed by coffee shortly thereafter. I honestly beleive this supplement has permitted me to maintain good health throuhg all of this. There have certainly been times where I felt worn out, and exhausted, there were times when I felt I was coming down with a cold but no illness was able to take much of a hold. Side benifit for my fellow males out there. I have a girlfriend now and well lets just say there are definate improvements in relations and leave it at that. I have tried multiple forms of Zinc this is the best I have come across, highly recommended.

I believe in this zinc because this has literally kept us cold and sniffle free for years. This imho is the best form for immunity.

Best brand i have found period

One of the most objectionable side effects of old age is TINNITUS. Until I discovered zinc orotate, the ringing could be so loud that it would wake me up. To be accurate, I'm a light sleeper and 80yo. Post ZINC OROTATE, sleep is improved, but best is not having to hear the whistle all day long. Brand is important. Anyone who takes food supplements, knows that brand is important. The difference in production quality can easily destroy the health benefit. These guys have got it RIGHT. :-)

Seriously, these stopped my 56 yr old hair loss completely and darkened my hair color from silver to a dirty silver blonde. And my 23 yr old daughter's cystic acne has been reduced to nil. An excellent Zinc. I take two in the morning with my other essential elements. Who knew such a simple thing could do so much for the body.

It’s not the kind of supplement that gives you definitive results in the short term...but it seems like a quality product and I’m happy to give it a shot.

These are zinc. Not much to say about a vitamin. These are smaller than the other kind I use to take. I had a cold coming on. Not really sure if these and vitamin c helped or not. Nothing is a miracle but good healthy habits. I like these and do recommend at least trying them. So far they are my favorite zinc to take.

I love this product, I would go so far as to say that this product has been the reason I haven't had bronchial issues for a few years! I'm not a dr, so I cant call this a fact and, I hope and pray I can always afford to keep this in my medicine cabinet!
