Please see replacement Item# 43378. NorthStar Hose to Hose Coupler - 22mm Fitting, 4000 PSI

This really saved the day and it's the only game in town. It's a great quality brass connector. NOT MEANT TO CONNECT TO CURRENT STANDARD HOSE TOGETHER. EACH END IS A DIFFERENT SIZE. Some pressure makers have decided to use a non standard M22 15mm connector. Companies like SUN JOE will use this connector to force you to buy accessories from them. This means that your locked out of using any accessories to fit your needs. I'll never buy Sun Joe or any company who plays this game. You only discover this when you, 1. decide you need another accessory. 2. You drive all the way to Home Depot and back with the replacement pressure wand, only to discover it doesn't fit and you have to order it. 3. You either want to replace a damaged hose or extend your hose and the off the shelf Home Depot/ Lowes/ Ebay hoses don't work, even though they are standard hoses. This connector will save the day and help you thwart those deceptive pressure washer makers like Sun Joe.

Works great. Used this to add a hose to the pressure washer so I would easily reach parts of my house. Has worked flawlessly for two houses and decks.

This fitting has the correct thread size I needed, but seems to be made of a light material, I thought it would be solid brass, but it is not as heavy as comparable brass fittings I already own. It works fine and I have had no problems with the fitting, it just seems too light to be solid brass.

Had to borrow a neighbors pressure washer to finish pressure washing house after my pump died. They had a smaller unit with small/short hose on an electric 1850 PSI model. I used my coupler on it and ordered this one to thank my neighbor for the use of the unit. They are very happy to have a longer hose. Wand and hose where integrated and this coupler screwed onto the end of existing hose and allows another hose to be added. (you will need another hose - they also sell hose and coupler together if you need both) 22mm is the common size for the smaller Pressure washer on 1/4" hose. (Larger hose is 3/8 and may not fit this unit)

Nothing exciting here, but it works as advertised and couples pressure washer hoses together without leaks or fuss. It is very durable and does the job. I'd give it five stars but that seems high for a simple piece of hardware akin to a nut or bolt. No complaints at all, though.

Well made and just what i needed to connect my extended hoses for my pressure washer and allows me to quick disconnect the hose and sprayer from each other and the pressure washer when used with the quick disconnect ends to keep everything connecting with the male and female ends always on the correct ends of two hoses and the pressure washer and the spray wand. Nothing leaks on my connections.

There is nothing in the description that says this, but one side is 14mm ID and the other side is 15mm ID. I have no idea why. This is a big problem as the M22 fittings on pressure washer hoses are made to seal around a 14mm ID. After connecting this I had one side that fit perfectly with no leaks and one side that I had to use copious amounts of teflon tape to mitigate the leaking.

If you have a Sun Joe hose that is 15mm and want to add a standard 14mm hose to it then this is the fitting you need. The size is stamped to each end. It is 14mm on one end and 15mm on the other. The fitting is made of aluminum which is fine if you are careful with it.
