Great product.
Great Seller. I didn't realize this was a "used" product until they notified me later. However, it is just like new. Very satisfied! Thank you.

Ease of setup, for an old broad!
My old 2002 Panasonic answering and cordless phone bit the dust. Got my $$ worth.😉I thought that was enough evidence for me to purchase another Panasonic.I love the new feature Block calls! I tried it last week because of a call that kept happening. It turned out to be a Scam call. Worked like a charm👍Just take your time. You might have to read some instructions a couple of times, but hang in there, you won’t be sorry.Only thing I noticed that the plastic stand is pretty thin plastic. But it’s 2023 after all. Nothing is made sturdy anymore.

It's a phone. Who uses these any more?
Works for our need, but sound quality could be a little better. Seems to be a solid built phone. Uses 2 rechargable AAA batteries that appear to be able to be replaced/upgraded if these wear out. That's a plus. Doubt that we'll use many features, but these seem to be fairly basic and just work as expected. We only keep a home phone to be able to give that to people so any junk calls and political calls will go to the house line that's filtered rather than our cell phones. The only negative I have is sound is a little distant and callers complain that I sound muffled at times. Was a good deal on Prime Day so picked up a pair to replace 15 year old set.

Volume issues on the other side.
You can't hear the other person on the other side to well. Volume on the phone listening to the other person is not high enough. Other than that it's a good phone.

Panasonic phones
They're nice looking and easy to program. They have just enough features so that they're not overly complicated to use. Hopefully they'll last a long time.

Question if this was a new phone as advertised
I like this phone however I bought it and about 6 months later I could barely hear the other person I was talking too even with the volume turned up all the way. But when I put it on speaker phone I could hear. Must be 2 different speakers. Since it was after 90 days I could not return it to Amazon. I had to call Panasonic that was an absolute nightmare to get ahold of the right person and all I could do is send it in for repair and be without a phone for who knows how long. The lady said she didn't know. The year warranty is only on parts. They refused to replace it. But I found the problem on my own. I took a new toothbrush and poked the speaker and a bunch of dirt came out and now I can hear well. I circled in my picture where the speaker hole is. I understand the speakers can get dirty after years of use but in 6 months sorta makes me think it was a refurbished phone and someone didn't clean the speakers. And by the way, it was in a box that said an additional handset was included, so it was not in a box of what I actually ordered cause I didn't get an additional handset. Also Panasonic warranty is pretty much useless and they know that cause who can go without a phone for a month or so considering you have to ship it, then they have to fix it and send it back to you. For all these reasons I can only give it one star cause Panasonic is terrible. Also if your phone company uses an internet connection and it's not landline, you will need a DSL filter is it's not compatible. My phone worked without that but if you disconnect and unplug your phone and then plug it back in and reconnect the phone line, your phone won't work and will say (check phone line). This happened to me when I called my phone company to check my service out when they unplugged it. But when I connected a DSL filter it worked and no longer said check phone line. What an electronic nightmare I had over a phone with dirty speakers sent to me.
