Initially these did not seem to be doing much, but around the end of the first bottle and starting the 2nd I did notice a difference. Like anything else they may just need some time to start working. There is actually a pretty thorough double-blind study on these that show more than just a placebo effect. The Urochannel on YouTube did a very good review of the study. By the end of the 2nd bottle, I am experiencing continued good improvement. It appears that it takes about a month and 1/2 to see any significant benefits at least for me. which is still continuing. I ordered a 3rd bottle to see if the improvement continues.The drawback is they are quite expensive, and the pricing is very inconsistent.Another plus is, I have not noticed any side effects at all, which I consider a huge benefit.So, if you should decide to try these, be prepared to try at least a couple months' worth. And if the pricing is good buy a few if you can, it will probably save you some $$ in the long run.
