if you car have Navigationfunction,the Y cable is needed. If not,It can work without Y cable.

it does work but not for the phone the mic got problem you can listen from the caller but they can't hear you even speaking loud.

It should, it plugs into the audio unit, not the nav unit. I installed it and it works great!

Yes it will work, but the volume on the radio station will decrease about 25%. Multiples phones can be Bluetooth but only one at time, It will pick up the last paired phone.
