Seller Honors Their Warranty, with a Smile!
I purchased a battery pack for my General Dynamics GD8200 laptop from this seller a good part of a year ago. It came with a 12-month warranty. When it recently stopped working, I contacted them and filed a warranty claim. To my delight, they not only honored their warranty with a free-replacement battery, but did so with great friendliness and courtesy. The new battery arrived in a matter of days. This was, without a doubt, one of the best customer support experiences I can ever remember receiving. I can't recommend them enough! They are now my "place to go" for my future laptop battery needs.

La batterie a bien marché pendant neuf moi, mais n'a soudain plus pris la charge. Après contact auprès du vendeur une nouvelle batterie a été envoyée immédiatement.Je ne sais pas combien de temps durera cette nouvelle batterie mais au niveau du vendeur le service est au top !

Acquistata a Novembre 2022, installata a Marzo.Come potete vedere a fronte di una capacità nominale di 44 Wh, dopo 6 cicli dimostra una capacità di carica di 45,67 Wh.Il mio portatile è rinato!Superfluo commentare il servizio AMAZON PRIME!

Passt und funktioniert
Da vom Hersteller z.Z. kein passender Akku bezogen werden konnte, habe ich mich versucht, über Dritthersteller mit einem neuen Akku für das Lenovo C340-14IML zu versorgen.Bei einem anderen Hersteller/Händler war es ein kompletter Reinfall, Akku nicht kompatibel und ging zurück.Dieser hier wurde problemlos erkannt, kam mit 63 % Ladung und lud auch fix auf. Spezifikationen scheinen perfekt zu stimmen und nun endlich wieder Laufzeit ;-)
