Vizio D39hn-E0 D-Series 39-inch Full Array LED HDTV (Renewed)

The positive is the TV itself, seems to work well. I purchased this TV for my daughter who was returning to her college. She tells me the picture is crisp and the sound is also quite good! So if someone finds the same model it seems to be a good product.The negative and the reason for the 2 star rating, was this particular TV that my daughter received (by mail from Amazon) had a 'gash' towards the right border of the TV. I describe it as a gash, because it was deeper than a mere scratch. This gash was quite noticeable, more so, in the day light though.When I emailed the company that sent out this TV and included that "how does a company, legitimately, send out a flat screen TV where having a good picture is its main function with a clearly visible gash on it!? Their response was "We just repackage the item. Sorry for the inconvenience". So basically, they were telling me... that's too bad for you.

Great second tv for our house. This is being used in our “playroom” and my son loves it. It has enough inputs to have a fire stick and a DVD player on it. The quality is great. The stand is a bit wobbly but we plan to hang it eventually so that won’t be a big issue for us for too long.

We use this product for a monitor in our business office, we like our customers to see what's going on in the shop and all the property around it.

Terrible refurbished tv. The top of the unit was not even put together, Tv never did work, just got strange lines over part of the screen. Returned immediately.

All black colors have different shades

Need to make the 720P more prevalent in the description, as well as give a better description of the smart functions of the TV
