I like the size, clarity, ease of use of this monitor. I have used it as the second screen on my laptop PC and AZ the only display for a mini PC. No problems at all. The one dislike is that I have not been able to get the internal speakers to work. The controls are there and I made sure it was not muted and set for maximum volume but still not a peep. I have owned it for a little longer than a year and that is my only comlaint.Two days later: I found Windows had assigned the audio out to the PC instead of the display. When I changed that setting the speakers on the monitor worked fine. So a solid five stars!

There are days I need to work from home and this is a second monitor for me. Works for what I need it for. The only negative I have is there is no off button that I can find. I have to unplug it to turn it off.

Great monitor but the only issue is I can't adjust the color or I haven't found how yet. It's darker then my laptop and when I use it for gaming it's almost 2 dark to see objects. If it's a way to adjust the color pls somebody let me know.

Bought this monitor and another brand during Prime Days. After receiving both, I liked the picture on this monitor better (which made me happy since it was quite a bit cheaper than the other one). Used the monitor less than 10 times and the micro usb port's attachment came lose and it got lost inside the monitor. Thought when I contacted the company they would say there was nothing they could do since it had been since July when I bought it. Boy was I wrong! They responded to my concern right away and replaced the monitor quickly. Definitely not what I was expecting would happen but am so happy they were so awesome and responsive in helping me!!! The hardest part of the process was finding out how to message them through Amazon! I had never messaged a seller and that took the most time finding out where/how to do it. Thank you, HONGO-US for standing behind your product!! I will definitely shop with you again!

Updated to add: Review changed from 1-star to 5-star. Super impressed with the customer service with this company. They reached out regarding my review. They had me send them some photos of my setup and all the possible configurations. They determined that it was no longer functioning properly and sent out a new one. It arrived over the weekend and I set it up yesterday 12/5, and it worked perfectly. Hopefully, the first one was a an anomaly and there won't be any more issues.Worked great...at first. Bought it in July and had no problem connecting to my laptop. I was able to use my computer as the power source. Used it to work remotely 1 day per week for 2 months then the display quit showing. It get power as the indicator light comes on but NOTHING on the screen. Less than 4 months and it is useless to me.

I bought this as an external display for my M1 MacBook Air, to use in my portable voiceover booth, for reading copy. It's a decent display. Some quirky things I noticed:- It's a little washed out but, what can I expect for $139? Besides, I'm just reading copy from it.- There is no USB-C passthrough, which is a big detractor for MacBook users with limited ports.- I had to use the supplied USB-C cable, for the monitor to receive video. No other cable worked.- It's too thin to really VESA mount properly. I had to use shims to offset the screw length.- The bezel kept popping out on top , which isn't a big deal, but cheapens the experience a bit.

I used this a couple times a week in my living room to work religiously for the last 6 months or so since I bought it. Worked great had 0 trouble using this as a second screen to my laptop.Then, all of a sudden it quit working all together and said “no signal” on it when I tried to plug my laptop in. I was using the same chords as always, but I tried the other chords. Same thing blue screen with “no signal” on the screen. Tried my iPad with it. Same thing. The screen just will not work.When I click on warranty on amazon which I know it came with, it will not pull up the warranty option. I feel like I wasted over $100 on this screen as i have had it only 6 months and do not use it that often. Super sad and disappointed

Decent little portable monitor. You do need to adjust the color, and settings out of the box. Depending on the source (ie macbook) it pushes HDR signal to this monitor and colors are “washed out” looking. Quickly disabling HDR from the monitors side toggle switch fixes this issue.Decent 1080/60 picture love that it comes with all the cables. A single usb-c from the monitor to the laptop is golden. Also comes with a micro hdmi to hdmi if your source does not work with usb -cOverall super happy with this sub $130 monitor
