Great taste! A daily must-have for my coffee!
This is excellent stuff. Tried it at a local gas station and sought it out for home use. I've been getting coffee shop syrups separately (chocolate and mint) for a couple years, and this is the way to go!! For a 20-oz cup of coffee, I think I added 5-6 pumps of syrup. Coffee house coffee at home - can't beat it!!

Poured this right down the drain
I've enjoyed Upouria's other flavors, but this "peppermint mocha" is neither peppermint nor mocha. I'm going to shop around before I think about buying another Upouria product. It's that bad.

Just needs a couple of squirts for the perfect hot cocoa.

The flavor is very weak!
I had high hopes for this syrup. The flavor isn’t bad but it takes a lot of it to taste the peppermint. I taste the mocha right away. The sweetness is there but not the peppermint flavor. I will use the rest of this bottle and add some food grade peppermint oil to bring out the flavor. I do love the pump!

More like Pepperment with a hint of Mocha
The name is accurate, it peppermint flavor is stronger than the mocha. It did not leak, pump works well. This spices up your boring free Maxwell house office coffee. Nice touch to make things different.

Bland
Not impressed with the flavor. Very bland and mild for coffee. It smells good and tastes ok. Just not strong enough for coffee.
