Very disappointed with this phone. Took forever to try and set up with this silly voice that continually tells you what key you're pressing. Obviously brilliant for the visually impaired, although I'm sure after a while, they'll find her a little annoying to. So, bought this for my son so he could download games as well as play online on Roblox. Sadly, this WAS NOT the case. The games are lagging so much, that, by the time he joins, his character is dead or the game is over.

I bought this to replace my old phone that had seen better days, but I don't have much money at the moment, so chose to go low budget.I have to say that I recommend it wholeheartedly, everything is great about it, apart from one tiny thing, which is that when it is turned on, sometimes it takes a little while for it to 'wake up', but I have no other problems at all.So, if you need a new smart phone, and don't want to spend hundreds of pounds, buy this phone! :)

good little phone works well pictures are ok to good standard Android stuff on it for the price its a good phone no flashy stuff but its good for the price you wont get any better

If, like me you think that Mobiles are getting insanely expensive, over-featured and are just turning into a status symbol, then you'll be quietly pleased with this.It looks nice, comes with a rubber shock case, runs most apps fine, takes reasonable photos and functions perfectly well as a smartphone.Works fine as a music player with Prime Music and Spotify, will play films on Netflix and Prime Video, has expandable storage, isn't heavy, looks cool and has a good battery life.For those of us who aren't bothered with the latest 500 quid plus status symbol, and just want something that works, for a good price, this is more than suitable.Very pleased with it.

This is my third review on the same purchased product !! My first slated that product, my second I got a partial refund for that product for a better review by the sellers and now after about 4 months of having that phone I am redoing the original review as Amazon themselves gave me a complete refund after complaint about the performance.Phone purchased end April 2022 for my elderly mother . Lovely looking phone . I set it up and noticed it was sluggish but thought it will be ideal for my mother in her 70's. I left a poor review .After about two months I asked how she was getting on with it and she said she very rarely use it as it's so slow . I played around with it and noticed it was absolutely slow. Everything you did took 10 seconds minimum to do eg. Closing apps down , opening apps . It was absolutely that slow . I complained to the seller as it was a third party purchase. I wiped apps off , cleaners you name it . They offered me a £20 discount or the next model up with a better faster phone but I I had to remove my review and make it better and like a lemon I did , thinking my mum will get used to it . Fast forward two months later she went back to her old one so became redundant due to the absolute poor performance. I contacted Amazon and complained big time and they agreed for me to send back to them for a full refund less £20 I already had .Result !! I purchased her a renewed iPhone and she has never looked back .

I bought this for my wife but she can't connect to the mobile data I have tried putting the AON settings in manually but they won't save not so much a smart but a dumb phone

I don't normally review a product so soon after getting it. But I just had to for this one.For a quad core device, it is so slow it's embarrassing. For the first hour I thought it down to the number of apps being downloaded from the cloud backup of my broken phone. But I've had it for 10 hours now so it can't be that.I've just spent over half an hour trying to register my phone for Mobile Banking. Log on to my bank and request a One Time Passcode. Normally the message arrives in seconds. But by the time it arrives on this new phone, I am logged out of Mobile Banking. Meaning I have to log in and request a new OTP. And so it goes, over and over again. And just now after one more attempt I finally managed to do it.The apps aren't very speedy to open. And the phone is very slow to start up. And for several minutes after start up it is quite unresponsive. Maybe in time it will redeem itself. But I doubt it. Too soon to say what battery life is like.UPDATE 10th Feb.Well what can I say this is the worst phone I have ever used. I missed all calls I've received as the phone app notification doesn't show up. And by the time it does the caller has hung up. Online banking can be a real pain. When it comes to entering my security details the cursor hangs for several seconds before I can enter anything. In a nutshell my previous phone (Blackview A60) was a rocket ship in comparison to this piece of crap.Oh, and tried connecting it to my car stereo via USB. Came up unrecognized format
