WORKS WELL ENOUGH
73 YEAR OLD MALE finding my body getting fat and flabby due to inactivity. Now just mild gardening, housework and a little cycling with an E bike!! but arms have responded wonderfully and my quads that had virtually disappeared are beginning to return!!! A cheap but effective remedy to flabby muscles!

Poor quality - bands snapped
After using them once to do crab walks, the XXL band snapped. I then tried the XL band & that snapped too! No contact details on their website to get a refund or customer support. Poor quality, regret buying!

Bands are from a good material easy to fasten and with good sturdy clamps, they stay in place during training.

These bands are adjustable to fit both legs and arms. Great for muscle isolation when lifting weights and they even work as a simple brace for knee patella placement or tennis elbow. Light weight, no binding or rolling up or twisting of fabric. These are excellent for any fitness enthusiast.
