Best device for egg boiling. Using from more than 6 months. No issues, best feature, automatically cut-off after boiling,no headache. Just add sufficient water and switch on. Recommended buy.

The product is fine for 2 weeks but it suddenly started leaking water. And I have raised a request and Bosch technical team has replaced a part with ontime communication and now the product is back to working condition. Thank you team and the product is good for even boiling sweet corn, sweet potato apart from eggs.

I had asked for replacment since the eggs were coming soft boiled, the replaced item too was leaking. So I mailed Borosil customer care about it ([email protected]). They responded within a day and their engineer visited home next day. Fixed the leakage free of cost. This was really very professional warrenty support that too at home. I am quite impressed. Now it makes eggs hard boiled and there's no leakage. 👍

Wastage of money, I thought Borosil a good brand , but it’s useless , I raised service request , contacted their customer support, but no resolution . The product has warrantee for a year , it started linkage within a week and now Borosil or its service partner no one is responding . Please do not buy Borosil products , it’s a useless brand no after service is provided … any problem with product , you just keep banging on your head and non from Borosil will resolve

Its good build wise. But no temperature controller or timer. water boils on one side.

I use this product every day and found it very useful. It lasted about 20 months. The only issue is that the lid started getting cracks after 6 months and was completely broken after 1 year and 8 months.
