Too Bulky
Not like my Colgate Charcoal Electric Brush I have. This one is bulky, and spins like the batteries are dying.

Got the wrong color
Im sure this toothbrush is great but i ordered the green and got the blue. Some people it may not matter but it matters to me.

teeth look a bit whiter
This toothbrush cleans my teeth well. It is powerful. I believe my teeth look a shade whiter. Will purchase again.

Wrong Color Handle
The picture shows a black and green handle, the toothbrush received is black and pink. There is a problem with the website, in that it's not warning you that they could send random colors. It wouldn't make a difference, but in a household with multiple toothbrushes, it is hard to distinguish if they're all the same color.

* Piles neuves ou pas, la brosse cesse de fonctionner.Une fois elle a fonctionner, j'ai ouvert pour regardé les piles (neuves) et elle a cesser de fonctionner, sans raison.J'ai racheté 3 fois mais j'ai arrêté parce le but est d'en avoir une ou je peux remplacer les piles (par des rechargeable) et les embouts. Pas tout jeté en gaspillage a chaque fois et racheter tout, ou en prendre une hors de prix.Comme une mauvaise blague, je les aimais bien hors de cela.
