Store this paper properly or you may regret it
Updated 3/1/2014I now conclude that all previous problems were storage conditions related. I now store this paper in climate controlled conditions and everything is fine. This paper is once again my default paper.Updated evaluation 10/24/2013:I am amending my evaluation of this paper. While I still think this is not the same paper I bought 20 years ago, I have come to the conclusion that the curling edges may have been due to storage conditions. I buy cases of this paper at a time and due to space considerations I had to store it in a rent a shed instead of storing it in temperature controlled conditions as I normally do. I believe the storage conditions contributed to the paper failing to meet my expectations. I did purchase this paper again from Amazon and I was very pleased with the price, packaging and speed of delivery. I am in the process of evaluating paper that has been properly stored and will further amend my evaluation as appropriate. In the meantime I am changing my recommendation to neutral.Previous evaluation:I have been using this paper for decades and this is not the same paper I bought 20 years ago. If you laser print more than 5 or 10 pages the edges curl and begin to block the exit path for the next sheets and you have to monitor the printer bin or you may find your output all over the floor because the curled edges allowed sheets to get pushed out of the bin. It doesn't matter which side you print first, it curls either the long edge or the short edge. I will not buy this paper any more.

and the paper looks like new, actually the old stuff looks shiner
I am an accountant, and do a considerable number of Tax Returns. I use only Xerox 4200 paper, in all of my machines. I have a couple of OfficeJet Pro units, as well as a Photosmart, and a my old workhorse an HP 4000 Laser. I have very little trouble in the way of jams, although, I have serviced the LaserJet with new rollers. The only problem is sometimes, depending upon the moisture of the paper, I will have a failure to feed with the LaserJet. The thing is over 15 years old, and the problem only began last year. It seems to have started with a particular toner cartridge that I had in and replacing that one may have corrected the problem. We shall see.Other wise, the 4200 has been a very consistent product, takes the print well, holds up for years, as I am now going through 15 year old files, and the paper looks like new, actually the old stuff looks shiner, brighter and crisper than the new! Maybe I should take away a couple of stars! Nah! I am too old to change now!

The last Printer paper you will need.
Experimenting for the best print quality for the value, many brands of paper combinations have been tried. Brands found at staples, Walmart and office suppy with different brighness and weight, either feel like sand paper, end up stacked to thick, or dont have the right texture and color balance. I print on average 800 to 1000 color/ black & white pages per month and either staple or bind documents together so thickness, ink clarity, and feel are important. The Xerox 4200 line of paper combined with laser technology are by far the best companion tools for serious printing jobs. In addition, buying in bulk has been the best economic choice. Thanks Xerox for a quality product.

Never order a box of paper for delivery
This was my first buying experience with Amazon; and likely my last. I was disappointed when the box delivered was wet and damaged. I was happy at the ease to report the damage, request a replacement, and return the damaged goods. The second box arrived in better shape, as it was heavily surrounded in clear box tape. However, the box still looked like it was thrown around. My suspicions were correct, as when I open the second box, 8 of the 10 reams of paper were broken open; and the edges of several sheets were curled. It was not worth my time and effort to send it back again. I learned a lesson and will never order paper or stationary supplies for home delivery again. I took a few pictures if you want to see them.

Great Deal
I was a little leery about purchasing paper through the internet; and some of the reviews about the paper arriving in less than satisfactory condition made me pause. However, I decided to take a chance. The box arrived promptly, and was a bit banged up but not so bad as to ruin the contents. I would order paper again from Amazon.com, and hope that the delivery service, i.e., UPS or FedEx, would not toss it around too much as to ruin the paper inside. This is probably one product that should be double packed, i.e., box within a box, to insure less damage.

ENTIRE shipment damaged
See pictures attached. Box of copy paper arrived with clear tape and shrink wrap around the outside. Corners of box squished. When we opened the box up it was obvious that the entire contents of the box had been spilled or something. Each rim of paper had tape on it trying to help it stay together. Outer rim wrapping was removed or torn on ever rim. Very disappointed.

The product was just what I ordered and needed. However, it was poorly packaged.
The individual reams of paper were as advertised and as I needed. However, the individual paper reams were packaged so poorly, that every, single one was ripped open when the package arrived. I was just glad that the container box was well taped.

Quality
I have been using Xerox paper for 40+ years and I had a HP2100 printer that has always used Xerox paper and it is still working. The paper does not leave paper dust which is whaat wears out gears, belts and other important parts of the printer.
