Eastern Standard Provisions "Gourmet Liège Belgian Waffle" Gift Box with Gourmet Sauces & Sugars, Oprah's Favorite Things

These waffles work best for me as a sweet snack. They are great warmed with the drizzle of sauce.They are delicious but not my idea of a breakfast waffle.

My daughter was a foreign exchange student in Belgium in 1997 very close to what she enjoyed there could only be better if eaten freshly out of the oven

I was very disappointed to receive this product with the fudge and caramel sauces past the best buy date on the jar. The product arrived 10/20/22 and the best buy date is 9/27/22. Eastern Standard Provision replied, "The date listed is a “best by” which is the date that our product will be at its peak flavor. This is not an expiration date." I did not expect to pay $78 and receive the product after "it will be at its peak flavor." There was no offer for a refund. As a side note, there is no expiration OR best buy date on the 8 waffles that come individually packaged. It did not make me feel comfortable that the product was fresh.

The waffles seemed hard and dry. I would gave preferred them to be softer, although the flavor was good. The dipping sauces were tasty.

This item just be refrigerated upon arrival. I ordered the item and it was delivered on a rainy day and ruined everything inside. :( plan accordingly.

I gave these as a Xmas gift. Recipient said delicious 😋

Arrived in time and it was fun however they didn’t taste fresh at all. Very stale like and we cooked exactly as we’re instructed.

My family did not this gift for the following reasons: The waffles are about 3” in size but each waffle is about 390 calories and spells out 46% of total daily sugar intake on nutrition info. It’s already super sweet but came with special sweet sauces and extra sugar packets as toppings.
