Leaked and non functional pump
Item arrived with both producs leaked from the top despite tape and the from the pumps (where the screw in). Both were loose on parts mentioned. The pump on the conditioner not working/won't pop up.Second time ordering the first came absolutely fine. Luckily I kept the previous bottles so I was able to reuse the conditioner pump.

For people wondering about the product itself, it's great. This is the first time I've ordered this online, usually I get it from in store. It's unfortunate what has happened, but it is annoying.
