...nice comfy boots but
...the stitched seams along the ankle are not water tight so my socks got wet on first use and had to return them as they wouldn't be good for rainy and snowy weather (especially british weather)

COLLAR TOO HIGH
Received size 7 as a gift. Have large calves and planter faciitis so needed to ensure the shaft and collar was not too high and the ladder cradle supported. Read the reviews and decided 9” on the heel to collar was ok. Unfortunately on a size 7, 9” is the height from inside the boot, not the heel base. As a result the collar is an inch too high and cuts into my calf. No/poor arch support in the ladder cradle. Also does not have a zip (only a double velcro flap). Otherwise sizing is true and snug cushioning to start with. I’d say it would do as an occasional muck boot but if you intend wearing them for long periods each day it would be advisable to invest in a better fitting pair.

Great while they lasted.
Was really impressed at the start.. comfortable, sturdy, warm and did the job. But 4 months in I felt my sock was getting wet and have noticed a split in the Seam… gutted.

Not as good as expected
Lining tore on the heel after a few dog walks. Will have to put insoles in and see what they are like. Wish I had bought wellies instead

Sturdy boots, but velcro didn’t last
I’ve had these boots a year now. I’ve used them for gardening & walking dogs - wading through streams & deep mud, & they have always kept the water & mud out. I wish I hadn’t listened to advice to get a size up as they’re a bit too big for me. The only thing that lets these boots down - & unfortunately it’s a major thing - is that the velcro degraded very quickly & no longer holds the top of the boots tight & keep coming undone. Walking through fields with grass & other seeds clogs the velcro up even further. So this one fault has made what what could be a fine pair of boots a fairly useless pair within less than a year.

Order true size
After reading lots of reviews I ordered a size bigger than I usually would but I think they may have resolved the original sizing issues as the size bigger that I ordered are a bit big. Wish if ordered the correct size!
