The plug type is not compatible with the power point in Australia. I cannot connect the charge with the electrical power. I need a right charge asap. Otherwise, I have to return it as I cannot use it.

I've went through at least two docks before this one, and so far this has the best features. It has three USB ports, one 3.5mm for audio input and output, a power button, ethernet port, and two HDMI ports. The power supply for the dock charges the laptop while plugged in. It is also surprisingly lightweight.The DisplayLink software was pretty straightforward to use to get the external displays working.The first dock I had only had 2 USB-A ports, which wasn't enough for the devices I have; thus, having to purchase a USB hub. The second dock had a heap of USB ports; however, only lasted a month and stopped working. The customer service was bad too.I'm not sure if it's worth $159, but I hope it will last for a long time as I've only received this yesterday.
