These changed my life. Seriously. What a time to be alive. I was so thankful and I experienced MUCH less pain than everyone told me I would feel after the surgery. Given today's healthcare for women and people who can become pregnant, all people with a penis should get a vasectomy if they are no longer wanting children. Do not leave it to chance or the responsibility of people who have a uterus. Our healthcare system makes it unfair, and this product makes it easier to get the snip. Honestly, I was uncomfortable and sore to the touch for a few days. No big deal, especially because of this product, and espeically for what it costs other folx. The quality was great, I really had an easy time wearing it and the ice packs didn't slip or leak. The material was nice and high quality. It helped me to move asily as the fabric was of perfect thickness.

These are a MUST HAVE post vasectomy! Highly recommend to ease the constant aching pain that lasted for 12 days straight.

I bought these and the jockstrap version because I wasn't sure sure which I'd like better, and ive never worn a jock, but i liked the jock version better. I wear boxer briefs daily so thought I'd like this version of Undeez better, but the boxer brief version has a horizontal seam right across the area that you just had stitched and made it uncomfortable, so the jock version worked better for me. Sizing worked ok, I bought a medium as I'm ~32in waist and they fit great, more snug than regular boxer briefs (which you want), great ice pack pocket positioning. The 2 ice packs was great, but I was glad to have a total of 4 (since 2 also came with the Undeez jock version i also bought). I spent the weekend trying to stay as horizontal a spossible or legs raised (Dr recommendation) and iced basically 30mins on 30 off, rotating through 4 ice packs for the first 2 days and kept from any serious swelling/bruising, and was good to go after. I did keep wearing the jock version for the rest of the week for extra support just without the icepacks. The ice packs don't last real long, but also is useful that stay slightly flexible/moldable, you can sort of cup them into position. These 100% helped ensure a quick recovery, and saved from having to rotate through crushed ice in a baggie or struggling with correct placement with a bag of frozen corn/peas. Do it, consider a couple extra ice packs.

My husband really appreciated these underwear after his hysterectomy. He credits them for helping him heal so easily! He said they were super comfy- he will still wear them even now, over a year post-procedure, obviously sans ice packs.

Pricey but very comfortable and high quality feeling, especially the ice packs. The ice packs are gel and freeze quickly and last a while before needing to swap them out. It also helps that it is easy to slide the ice packs in and out of the pouch of the boxer briefs. It felt true to size and I will probably end up wearing them as normal underwear after my recovery is over

They’re comfortable and supportive, but they got a run in the fabric within an hour of wearing them. The underwear is barely more than disposable. The ice packs are high quality, but the pocket placement could go a little lower. Overall they’re not bad, but about double the cost they should be since the actual boxers won’t last more than a few days.

Ok so husband who got snipped here. These were f u c Ken amazing for after. Throw the ice pack things in the freezer for a few days prior to make sure they are cold and your ready. They held the boys up and in a spot that didn't hurt while at the same time gently caressing and soothing them. The fabric they are made of stretches nicely while keeping the boys in the place they should be. The only dow side I had was the first couple minutes with the ice pack was hmmm intensely cold the first few times. With all that said if I have to do it again 10/10 would buy again and use the exact same way. I may even wear em to do the lawn in the summer and keep cool.

Hubby was greatful for these after his op, after we were in hysterics finding these and what the cool packs are called at 1st. Bit on the expensive side, well made tho and no wet patches from using packs, decent quality material and the thickness of the pocket layer helps with no wet patches, comfy once sorted to where you need them to sit and don't move or lose shape once you do.

Zuerst dachte ich, der Preis sei überteuert, wollte meinen Partner aber dennoch zu seiner Vasektomie mit diesem Artikel überraschen, um ihm den Abheilungsprozess angenehmer zu machen, wenn ich ihm schon sonst nicht zur Seite stehen kann. Zunächst war er etwas belustigt. Die Verpackung trägt auch zur Erheiterung bei! Dann aber – nach der OP – war er so happy mit dieser Unterhose!! Er sagte extrem oft, was für eine Erleichterung ihm dieses Teil bringt, weil er so genau an den richtigen Stellen kühlen kann und das ganz ohne Einschränkungen im Alltag. Dezent und effektiv! Das Beste ist: Die Unterhose sitzt auch ohne Kühlakkus und sieht gut aus! Er trägt sie auch jetzt, lange nach der OP, noch gerne. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Definitely helped and the underwear is very comfortable still wear it and the ice pack are now reused for other injuries.

Leider nicht zufrieden. Die Hoden werden nicht gut gestützt, was wichtig ist. Die kühlpacks sind sehr scharfkantig und stören total, für mich so eigentlich nicht zu gebrauchen. Dazu noch sehr teuer.

I got these and did wear them, they did at comfort after a vasectomy but the vasectomy didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.
