The case is heavier duty than my previous case, a plastic "jelly" style. This one appears more water resistant with edges that seal together. There is a somewhat thick clear plastic cover that is thicker than simple screen protector sheets. This makes the touch control a bit less sensitive but I am adjusting quickly. Some directions on how to open the case and insert the cell phone would be helpful. This took me 30 minutes to figure out. It has to do with the interlocking side edges that form a nearly invisible seam. The top and bottom pry apart. The buttons on to top and side of the phone are pressed using formed areas on the case. They seem to be working well because the interior portion of the buttons are raised making a good connection w the counterpart on the phone itself. Intricately and carefully designed case.

Bought 3 ( in different colors) for Gifts for My Sister and Her Daughters. They liked them very much. The hard frame snapped together fine, but at the top it was a little loose. But when the Silicone Cover was put over them , they seemed to be just Fine. They were happy and I was happy.

It is very good protection for my phone but the outside covering is loose and constantly slips off the hard case. Also the bottom parts that are supposed to cover the lightning plug and headphone jack are too flimsy that they aren't actually being protected. Also the screen protector is very thick and gets scratched easily making it hard to use. I've had other similar phone protectors in the past & this one isn't as nice of quality but for the price, it does the job. I drop my phone all the time and it doesn't have the slightest crack on it, so the case does work well.

I purchased this FOGEEK Apple 5C phone case in the Burgandy and Pink color. I had no trouble whatsoever with the fit. The color is exactly as seen on line. I was surprised at how much was included with this case. I have no trouble using any of the buttons. The best part of this case is the soft grip making it easy to grab and hold on to. I'll probably pick up a second one.

I've purchased several cases and this is by far the best. The case completely covers the phone. It came with a plastic screen protector glued to the inside. However, it was cheaply done, so I'd ripped it out, since I'd already had a pack of tempered glass screen protectors to use. Unlike the one for my 4...the rubber liner is outside of & surrounds the case...making it truly slip proof. My old phone had the rubber liner inside the casing. We'll see. So far I love it!

The only issue with the case is that the little tabs (that go into where the power cord goes on the bottom and where the volume on/off switch is on the side) don't stay in place. They are floppy. My previous case had tabs that stayed put and required effort to remove, and I feel that makes it more waterproof/dustproof. Aside from that, this is a great case, especially for the price.

This case is wonderful! I had an Otter Box case previously, but I like this better for 3 reasons... on the back of the case the material has a texture which makes it easier to hold onto and it's visually more interesting. what some complained about (openings at bottom not being tight but somewhat loose) is a GOOD thing as it was too tight with the Otter Box so I had to always leave them open or else get a knife to dig them open and lastly I love the colors of the frame case and outer case. The outer case I received was not the color pictured but a darker ocean blue that I actually like better. Love my new case! The fourth thing is that the price is wonderful! I paid 5-6 times as much for the other brand I mentioned, granted that was when the 5c was new, but still, $9.99 now vs. $50-$60 then is a huge difference!

I got a new phone and gave this phone to my mom, a pretty significant upgrade to her flip phone. This case feels nice and grippy, she really likes the colors. Though the colors are slightly off from the picture (it’s not a big difference so it’s fine). It doesn’t fit the phone great with a screen protector but it’s not a big deal, it works for what she needs!
