16 Ounce Rat Poison Cake

I noticed droppings in my garage for more than a month. I tried the d-Con no-touch mouse bait, but it was untouched.I thought maybe they were too big to enter the plastic box. I removed the bait and left it outside. They didn't dine on it, and thumbed their noses at me by leaving more droppings for me to clean up.Then one night I decided to sneak up on them That is when I noticed two large rats prancing around in my garage.When I turned on the light, they decided to head back to their "home". I followed them run and hide under a log in the back yard.I decided to get this rat poison cake, that can be broken into 4 pieces. I left one near their home, and two in my garage and one near where they come into my garage.I noticed they were dining on it, because I saw some crumbs left over and the cake were moved around. I moved the cake back. This went on for about a week.Then yesterday I noticed both of them lying motionless, one was dead in my garage and another near its home. They looked cute though.It needs patience, but it worked.

This product has been the most effective product I have ever used for rats, hands down. I recommend it to EVERYONE I know. Recently, I was reading some of the reviews about it not working for some folks and I was baffled. Then I read someone mention “green crumbles”. Aha! I thought... this must be the confusion. I have only used and can only endorse the One Bite Bait Bar - 1 lb which is tan/brown (I included the photo just to be clear). If there is some other product also being reviewed then that must be the issue because this stuff kills all the rats and mice I have ever encountered, even the largest chihuahua sized rats I sometimes come across.Also, I understand the concern for other wildlife which is a good reason to make your rounds where you know they traverse and pick up and safely dispose of the deceased rats right away. They generally die close to where they were hiding out. I always place the poison in areas where other larger animals can not access. I have used this product for years and have not had any issues finding creative places to hide the poison that my dog cannot access. Also, the coyotes generally don’t come close to the structures on my property so the likelihood that they will cross paths with any dead rats is slim. While I understand the potential environmental impact, if used responsibly this product is effective and safe for other animals you may need to protect. Most folks use rat poison to eliminate rats inside their home or other human structures. As such the poison will be contained and the rats are most likely to die near their nests which are often indoors and out of the path of predators.

The rats kept dragging the bait away from where I put it, several times in one day. At the end of the day, they hid the bait from me; and the next day, the rats had disappeared.

I made frozen balls of peanut butter. Then crushed poison in a freezer bag. Then put the frozen balls of peanut butter in the freezer bag of poison. Took my poisoned peanut butter bars and placed it out for my friends. I had to make it appetizing for them. All I can say it worked for me. Rodents gone

Used this to take care of a rat problem in my garage. I placed the bait in a box in my neighbors yard where I knew the rats were passing through and it worked within a week. They ate the first bar within 3 days. The trick with this stuff is to keep it baited and never let it run out. Also never bait it or touch the bait box with bare hands, I use nitrile gloves every time. This stuff killed the rats in a week (they are definitely dead, I can smell one in my garage now) and then it started killing off the mice that I didnt even know were a problem. After using this for a couple months the rats have not returned and I stopped seeing the occasional mouse in my house, I'm on my second order now and continue to keep the box baited. I dont believe this product is pet friendly so put it in a locking bait box and keep it in an area your pets cant get to. I have 2 dogs that chase and eat any backyard animal they find and I have not had any problems with this.

I’m amazed, it actually worked!!! This arrived 5/26/18. I put where i found droppings, and on Friday 6/1/18 it was laid out in the open!!! Thank you. I have tried almost everything

These rat cakes are bull dookie. I’ve been waiting over a week, nine days to be exact and the mice are still here. And worse, they don’t even eat on the cakes anymore. They are eating on human food, instead! I wish I could give this garbage zero stars.

This product really works well..Rodents loves this cake. Within 48 to 72 hours after the rodents eat it, they die. The down side is the rodents go into the walls of my house and the smell is horrible. So to eliminate the smell, I just put coffee in containers and place in every room in the house. LOVE THE CAKE, IT WORKS!

Didn’t work at all for me. I have a problem of mice digging around in my potted wheatgrass plants. I got rid of the plants and put down these cakes for two weeks.

I live in a very old house and have recently been infested with rats. I don't have a clue how they are getting in. I caught one on a sticky trap while watching tv.

This thing is really hard. I read reviews says as long as they eat enough, it will kill them. But I am curious how they are going to eat enough if this is so hard to eat.

Everything was great, delivery was fast. I would definitely order again.

Not only did it not kill the mice , they nibble at the cakes and leave 'crumbs' that need to be cleaned up.

Didnt work

It should be advertised that it will kill wildlife that eat the deceased rats and mice. This kills owls, foxes, cougars, coyotes and any other predator of rodents.
