Good quality, does its job.
My daughter loves it...it is soft but does protect the little ones. Stickers are a good bonus.

Size doesn’t fit
The design is cute, good quality but the size is veryyy small. I ordered M size which should be (4-8 years). My daughter is 5 years and it barely fit her. Plus it is different design than the picture.

Very good and effective
The gloves are way too big; they should have a smaller option available.But the knee pads are very effective. After falling on knees on concrete, there is apparently no pain, given there is no crying and an immediate resumption of play.

Poor customer care and overall product quality
The product is really nice in terms of comfort and coverage for a child and nice design that brings joy to a child but the good qualities stop there. Pads were bought for 3 year old and they immediately started to fall apart when it comes to the straps. The backing came off the velcro on one strap after first use. After a few wears of use by 3 year old just going around on their scooter and bicycle, 7 out of the 10 straps have now separated from the velcro part leaving straps hanging which need to be tied and tucked somewhere. This is a clear product quality issue and how there aren’t multiple complaints about this I do not know. Also, I have tried contacting the company several times over the past two weeks and receive no response so very poor customer service, considering how they promote they are customer oriented and want 100% satisfaction.

Incomplet description erronée
Au niveau des genouillères et des coudes j'ai pris justement ce modèle en passant d'après la photo que ça s'enfiler mais pas du tout c'est à scratch. Sac inexistant. Et les gants sont trop petits.

Okay but…
They are good for small children since they allow more flexibility than plastic patches. But in a matter of weeks the velcro came loose from the textile part (fixed it with hand stiches). Also, they smell heavily of chemicals, even after washing and airing. The gloves are way too small.
