they will only hold horizontal 4x6, anything bigger and the wood stand tips over. do not recommend

I purchased this product to hold table numbers about 4 x 7 inches in size printed on standard cardstock. While these blocks are strong enough to hold a small gift card or business card, they won't work for my purposes. If anyone else wants to use these for blocks for table numbers, please keep this in mind!!!

I purchased these for my wedding to hold up the thin acrylic sheets that will be our table numbers. I was so disappointed in it for that alone. The acrylic sheets I have are super lightweight and thin, but in order for these little holders to stay standing, I had to cut my 5x7 sheets down by half. I tried adding little weights to them as well, but it didn’t help. I will say they’d be perfect if it’s only holding card stock or something lighter, but it will not work for acrylic. On a lighter note, as they are unfinished wood, they were extremely easy to paint!

Happy with these. Sometimes they seem to not be heavy enough and the card in the stand will tip backward and fall over, but if you get it sitting just right it sits fine and it's only happened with a couple of the stands so it might just be how those particular ones were cut and where they were sitting. I would get them again!
