This is the best place to order your batteries. Here's my story. I have had so many problems throughout the years with the US postal service. You would think living out in the country that wouldn’t be a problem, but it is. When I didn’t get my order I went to my Amazon account to contact the seller and was pleasantly surprise to get a phone call not 30 seconds after I hit send. An apology was immediate even though it really wasn’t their fault. An offer to send out another one was next. I decided to wait a few more days and give the post office time to correct there mistake. When something is misdelivered it can take 3 to 7 days before the "post office" gets it corrected but sometimes it ends up in I don’t know where land. It only took them 3 days. But back to my phone call. I have waited days to get a response from other web sellers. Not this one. I’m not joking when I say it took only seconds after I hit send and my phone was ringing. How nice it that?I enjoyed my conversation on the phone with the man who called and I learned a couple things. 1st is that I have a year warranty with my battery. If for any reason I have problems with this battery I can send it back and they will replace it. If they no longer carry it they will search and find one to order and send to me. Wow, I’m impressed. 2nd you can’t always track a package even though Amazon has emailed you and sent you a tracking number. You keep entering the number and you just keep getting “Sorry unable to track item”, or something like that. It’s some kind of glitch in the system which explains a lot. I can’t begin to tell you how many times this has happened to me with orders I’ve placed through Amazon. I understand from sending packages that you have to pay for tracking. I don’t use it all the time myself. I’m all about saving money.So I would like to say thank you again for the quick response and to let you know that Battery Assault will be the first place I look to order any batteries in the future.

I was desperetaly in need of a new battery, since the one that came with my phone (LG Optimus Black P970) got like fat and was affecting the battery cover of my phone, plus on the final days of that battery it would literally only last for 2 hours.In my telephone company here in Mexico (Telcel) they would sell me a new one for about 8 times the price of what this OEM battery cost me. And this OEM battery has worked like a charm since I got it about 2 weeks ago.I'm very happy with it, and I recommend people to follow these tips if you want to get to most out of your Lithium-Ion battery:1. On the initial charge, do it for 4-5 hours (preferably with your phone off or in airplane mode), ignoring if your phone says it's charged 100%2. After this, do not let it fully discharge or overcharge.3. It is better to charge the batteries early and often, since letting them get too low can damage the battery. With Lithium batteries, doing shallow discharges and frequent charging prolongs battery life.4. There is this "rule" that the best is to keep the charge over 30% and below 90%5. Although the only exception to the rule is to once a month let it fully discharge and fully charge (note: this doesn't mean overcharge)6. Never let the battery get too hot! Like, don't leave your phone in your car when it is hot outside, or get in full exposure to the sun.So, people: don't let your phone charge overnight, because you will for sure overcharge and damage your battery.

It's just a battery DUH

My wife and I bought two of these for our LGL55C phones. They were a perfect replacement for the factory batteries, and work just fine, but...When we first bought our phones the batteries that came with the phones lasted a good 2 days before needing charging. We decided to get the replacements because after 4 months of use, our batteries would only hold a charge for a day.Right out of the box, these batteries only hold a charge for a day, despite being touted as factory batteries. So they didn't really behave like they should for being brand new batteries.Gave them 3 stars because they do fit and work, but I can't give them 5 stars because the original phone's batteries were so much better when new than these were.

My original battery was fried from sitting in a hot car and I didn't want to buy one from the dealer because they charge exorbitant prices. I did a search online and found a replacement battery on Amazon for WAY less! I ended up buying four! I got them really fast and they were all still in their plastic wrappers; brand new. They charge up beautifully and work perfectly! Anytime I go somewhere, I throw a few in my pocket and head out the door knowing that I don't have to worry about my phone dying. No more bringing along a charger or trying to find an outlet. It's great!!I would definitely recommend the seller and Amazon.com to friends and family!

Don't buy from this company. Received battery completely dead and the phone wouldn't charge it because the battery is a bad battery. Batterie date as shown in picture is older than the battery that was in my phone. Now they're saying I can't return it? Talk about a scam ripoff and fraud as you can see from the date the battery it is almost 20 years old. Used another battery from another phone that didn't fit in but had the same connections and the phone Boot It Up just fine. So that was the verification that the battery is no good. It is quite shameful for Amazon to let this company rip off its customers. Thank you put 0 Stars that's what I would be. If you buy from this company beware.

Ordered for a family member who could find this battery for his really old phone that still worked. He was very happy

unable to buy a phone battery in any shops in my area, I looked up on amazon and bought a battery for my phone at a amazing price.

My phone fell out of the car and went into pieces then a car ran over the battery. This battery arrived very quickly after I ordered it and is exactly what I needed so now my mobile phone is back in use.
